I booked this activity in May of this year. The focal point of my trip, I coordinated everything around this one activity. Flights, hotels, etc. Initially, the rate was 176. US and I was okay with that. Then, when I booked, the actual cost was about 60 or 70 dollars more. I thought, okay, fine, and I continued the booking. One month before, I added a hotel pick-up update, and the reservation is still good. About 20 days before my flight, I received an email stating my reservation had been canceled due to the travel agent not being available. Funds were refunded. I went back on trip advisor, and I found the same tour by the same agency available on the day I had reserved for an additional 85 US. I reached out to the agency with no response back. Now my whole entire trip has been sabotaged, and I will have to find other activities last minute, for I would expect to be a whole lot more than what I had budgeted for. probably the last time will use trip advisor. I have been using since 2012 without issues.
