Absolutely fascinating trip experience. Could have spent hours there as there was so much to see, listen to and interact with. The audioguide was excellent. Also I felt they controlled numbers at the museum well so that you were able to actually see and read the information boards without feeling too pressured to quickly move on or miss exhibits. A great experience.

This is a very interesring experience showing the underground history WW11 A veritable maze of highlights. Hsrd to take photos but also hard to miss. Worthwhile.
What a great audio tour. The rooms, the details in the audio guide and size of the groups going into the rooms was perfect. If you love history this is a must stop.
A two hour journey into the life of wartime Britain and the life of Winston Churchill.Audio helps ro navigate your way through the Warren of tunnels with faithful adaptions of various war rooms.It is possible to get a sense of the claustrophobic conditions that many had to work and sleep in.Very informative and the experience has the viewer engaged throughout.Thanks to the staff for allowing flexibility with a missed time slot.
very good! this entire exhibit, especially including the Winston Churchill history was excellent and reminded us of our visits to many of the US presidential libraries.
We arrived early but had to wait for the Viator person to come and escort us inside. The person who helped us was from Viox. In the end it worked out but wasted precious travel time. The tour itself is done on your own with headphones. That worked out very well because we could travel at our own pace. We would do it again.
I traveled with my wife and son. It was nice to share this trip with them and seeing such an amazing part of history

The only issue was the entrance policy. The viator guide was slightly helpful, but had a difficult time communicating in English. I had the QR code, but I then had to get a “hard copy ticket”… defeats the purpose of a QR code/paperless entry.
