Great Service from Ashton — Room for Improvement from Vox City
Our family toured Niagara Falls with Vox City Tours. As first-time visitors, we were disappointed by the lack of on-site guidance, leaving us confused about where to redeem our tickets and access attractions. Thankfully, we met Ashton from Sightseeing Tours, who went above and beyond. He patiently listened, apologized for our experience, helped resolve our Skylon Tower tickets, and personally guided us toward Journey Behind the Falls. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to customer service made a tremendous difference. I hope Vox City improves its customer support. Special thanks to Ashton and the Sightseeing team for turning a frustrating situation into a memorable experience.

Own pace Tour.
When you booked only take in consideration that everything is digital....keep your voucher because you have to redeem and you are in your own pace. So far we had a great time ..I really rec this own pace tour.

I would go but be mindful!
The Falls were beautiful and breathtaking! I would recommend this to anyone. I only gave it 3 stars because I learned upon arrival that you are recommended to select an arrival slot, which is only available on Niagara Parks website. Because of this, we had to find another time-filler for 2 hours. Otherwise, it was great!

Complicated implementation
For everyone who panicked after the latest reviews, the tickets can be redeemed again. It is a bit cumbersome and not all employees at the attractions know how it works, but in the end it works out. It is easier if you use the tickets from the email and not from the app. Nevertheless, according to the staff on site, that only worked because the attractions themselves put pressure on the provider, which I find very questionable. At Behind the Falls, you are assigned a timeslot, so it may be that you have to be a little patient. The audio guide did not work, and after contacting customer service twice, who then passed the problem on, I have heard nothing to this day. That is probably the price you have to pay for cheaper tickets. The attractions themselves are great.

Not happy
We attempted to use the this reservation at Skylon Tower but we were not provided the PDF needed to complete the transaction once there. So we were forced to purchase tickets again despite having paid through Viator. We would like to be reimbursed for the amount of the Skylon Tower part. We paid an additional $90 dollars, essentially paying twice for the same experience. We were able to use the Journey behind the falls portion but again had issues getting the actual tickets at the desk. It took them some time to provide them. Also, didn’t complete the Tesla audio tour, no one knew how to help us use it. We didn’t get a chance to really investigate. Overall, we would not use this service again and would instead simply purchase the tickets directly at the location. It cost us more money to go through Viator. Jared Farris

Poor ticket purchase experience
Tickets for Skylon could not be read by Skylon. Unable to access ride. Repeated calls to customer service went unanswered, no response to emails until we had left Canada and it was to late to return.
