Disappointing in that two main stops were skipped. Ponte Santa Trinita and Giardino Del Boblino. Didn’t help that the other 2 tour guests were 10 minutes late and we got stuck in traffic due to road works. 2 hr tour ended up being 1 hr 40 min. Eduardo was an excellent guide but I doubt it was his call to cut the tour short. The stops we did make provided spectacular views of the city.
The driver was over 30 min late. He don't take us to all the places bc it got dark! We asked for phone call and texts for refund or discount and got no answer
Mario did a great job, showing us area of Florence we never saw before , look forward to the next time
I would not recommend this tour. It does not go anywhere near the city center of Florence. Golf carts are no longer allowed. This should be specifically explained in the description. It was a waste of time and money. We requested the tour to end early.
It was nice to get out of the city and go into the countryside. Our guide Eduardo was excellent and was able to answer all our questions.
Was bit of a disappointment. Initially the guide Edwardo did not point out the significant places we were passing by. Upon asking about the places written in the itinerary he said we had already passed those places! He only stopped and explained two places... a basilica and Michael Angelo square. Later explained a little about Galileo's villa. Not recommended.
Fantastic views with Edwardo — great way to see Florence's hills! We had a wonderful time on the Florence Michelangelo & Panoramic Hills golf cart tour. Our guide, Edwardo, was fantastic and made the trip up into the hills so enjoyable. The panoramic viewpoints over Florence are breathtaking and well worth doing. The only minor downside was that some fellow passengers had unrealistic expectations about where a golf cart can actually go (like expecting to be driven right across the pedestrian-only Ponte Vecchio through the shops!). Edwardo handled it well, and overall it’s a brilliant tour to escape the crowded city center and see the best vistas. Highly recommended!
So fun! We ended up seeing the sites at night and it was beautiful. We got to see so much in our short visit. It was worth it!
Eduardo was great - timely, knowledgeable, excellent driver (very important on Italian streets & at rush hour!), friendly & flexible with photo stops. Great way to see the sights we never would have seen otherwise. It was our first time on a Golf Cart tour but not our last.
It was delightful! Our guide was great! He was very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name (He was originally from Tunisia & had come to go to school in engineering & ended up up loving history & Firenze).
