Excellent tour but it didn’t start at the scheduled time
The tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Duomo and the history of the church. Allowing us to access the area at the back of the church was also a nice touch. However, the tour was scheduled to start at 12:00 but we didn’t actually start the tour until a little after 12:30 due to a mass inside the church. Because of this, we actually skipped the rooftop part of the tour, as we already had another event scheduled for that day that we could not miss.

Duomo Milan
Wonderful tour with a good explanation of the history and importance of the Duomo.
Note that meeting point shown on the bookings is not always accurate and there are no signs or flags for the meeting point. So you need to ask to find the right spot and tour leader

Cost effective and good but short tour
The meeting was confusing because we were told to meet Mario, but instead it was a young woman. After that all was good but a little short. Mario said the cathedral was closing at 4 for a procession but we stayed until past 4 and saw no hint of one. It also did not seem to be happening when we came down from the roof about 5pm. I think it actually happened the day before.

Great experience
Good experience getting to the terraces and seeing inside. Inside did not meet my expectations, you’ll find smaller churches around the Duomo far more spectacular inside and free

Substandard service
The tour lasts for 45’ only, & the guide did not show passion at all. When we went up the lift to the rooftop,, we were told our tickets had expired, & we had to go to the ticket office to exchange the ticket, which spent us 30’ tine walking here & there & waited in the queue for ticketing affairs. So troublesome. 😞😞😣😣

Our tour guide was Barbara and she was fantastic! So much knowledge but such a wonderful and fun personality! Loved every minute of this once in a lifetime experience!

Worth the visit
Good but short tour of the duomo as there was an event on in the Duomo and our 11 o clock tour was out back to noon.

With a horrible rain, we...
With a horrible rain, we had difficulty locating our guide. Like others we waited by the designated location but it was confusing. Once we entered the church our guide did a great job of explaining the importance of the Duomo and had recommendations for viewing the underground. It was difficult to always hear what was shared and truly appreciate his background knowledge. Although we had lift tickets to the roof, the torrential rain meant the rooftop was closed.. There was no clear direction as far as options for redemption later. We purchased new rooftop tickets and came back the following week . The rooftop added an incredible experience.

Duomo visit
When booking it seemed that we had been sent a ticket but the staff at the Duomo advised that it was not a ticket but a voucher. In order to obtain the tickets it took about 25 mins
