This is the second time I've taken the E-Scooter Tour of Central Park. Mike Eland (our tour guide) was the absolute best!! He was so patient and friendly, and he made the tour even more fun!

The scooter tour of Central Park was really fun. It’s a great way to get to see the entire park and not tire yourself out. My two teenagers enjoyed it. Wonderful tour, Arty did a great job giving us the history of Central Park. He is patient and made sure everyone stayed together on bikes and scooters throughout the tour.

We did the scooter tour of Central Park & it was great! Our tour guide, Chris, was very knowledgeable & personable, keeping it interesting for both the teenagers & the adults. He gave us plenty of time to stop where ever we wanted to so we could look around or take photos. Without realizing it, we found out when we got there that this was the same company we had used about 8 years ago for our bike tour & both times they were amazing!

Rating the experience as poor, despite an outstanding guide. Our tour guide was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring Central Park effortless. I would have given this tour 5 stars if not for the manager’s behavior. I originally booked the electric scooter tour but was asked to reschedule because the guide wasn’t available. When I arrived, the guide and the rest of the group were on e-bikes. I asked the manager to switch me to an e-bike so I could stay with the group. He responded with sarcasm, refused because I had “already gotten the scooter,” and only agreed after a long back-and-forth. When I mentioned the e-bike wasn’t working properly, he dismissed it with a “why so” instead of offering help. The manager’s rude, unprofessional attitude set a terrible tone and aligns with other reviews I’ve seen. The tour itself was excellent and the guide was exceptional, but you have to deal with this manager to start the tour—something I’d avoid on a trip that’s supposed to be fun.
