We arrived for our tour with our infant, who had been included on our booking and ticket. Upon arrival, we were told that the tour operator was not expecting an infant and that our child was not on the manifest. We were then informed that we could not join the tour because there was no car seat available. We immediately contacted customer support and requested either an alternative tour date or a refund. We were told that parents were required to provide their own car seat and that this requirement was stated in the tour’s additional information. However, when we checked the listing and provided screenshots, there was no mention of a car seat requirement in the additional information at the time of booking or on the day of the tour. After we raised this issue, the additional information on the listing was updated to include a statement that customers should bring their own baby seat. Despite this change, our request for a refund was denied. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. We repeatedly asked why our infant had been omitted from the manifest despite being included on the booking, but this question was never answered. We were unable to participate in any part of the tour and received no benefit from the service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this tour operator due to the poor communication, refusal to address legitimate concerns, and lack of assistance when a booking issue arose that was outside of our control.

Total unknown. Viator app booked wrong date. We weren't even in Switzerland (trip not until October) so we are hardly an authority about this. We did, however, get to pay for the pleasure of not having the experience...

The tour guide was very informative and jovial… Made the whole trip really fun… The only drawback was that we stopped again n again to change people to different buses

Gabriel was a great guide!! He gave great facts about places we were passing on the way and even took us to a nice picture spot in Lauterbrunnen. My favorite part was all the beautiful views! The panoramic bus windows made the trip even better. The bus was also very comfortable.

If you can get Bobis as your guide you are in for a treat!! Also make sure you have. Clothes for the very very cold temperatures (so you don’t have to borrow Bobis’s coat like I did)
