We were expecting a bigger facility with a longer tour and then a quick tasting at the end with some bread. Instead, the facility tour was rather short as it's a small facility. But it was 100% long enough to cover all the important parts. Then we had a full tasting session with instructions on how to taste the oil. We tried 6 varieties of oil and then had an antipasti for each of us which was not only unexpected, but delicious! We felt it was a superb value for what we spent. We had a group of 8 and it was a fabulous time.
Lovely experience. Our host was informative and very nice, and the olive oils are delicious. The tasting was wonderful, with a hearty spread of foods. The bruschetta with tartufo spread was delicious. We had a wonderful time.
Really enjoyed learning more about olives, how they grow and how they’re processed. Very glad we did the tour and the olive tasting and bruschetta at the end was amazing.
