We absolutely loved this service and would book it again without hesitation. Beautiful vehicle, lovely driver, Roberto. Communication with this service was amazing and they kept up with all of my updates when our flight was delayed. We highly recommend on all levels.
The driver was awesome - helpful and communicative. However, the dispatcher needs a lot of customer training help. very dismissive, nonchalant, not engaging and almost combative. Although I had heavy bags when the driver came, he simply said follow me didn’t look back didn’t help with the bags and went all the way to the driver before realizing I wasn’t even with him. I have never had such experiment in Jamaica until I tried this Transportation service. I also am pretty sure I heard him tell the driver this is Miss Hollywood or something assuming I did not understand patois. Smh young dumb n too zesty for this field of work
Fantastic driver, super easy to locate outside of the airport. He drove us to our hotel while pointing out the little towns and neat little facts about things. He was super lovely and would recommend to anyone travelling in Jamaica!
Very accommodating and smooth. Driver was friendly. It made the hassle of travel go away as soon as the door shut.
Great service very personal and professional Clean car nice driver willing to make the ride as comfortable and convenient as possible
Larry Lawrence was excellent tour guide for our shuttle trip from the airport to the resort. He was kind and very informative of all of the history of Jamaica and we enjoyed the experience. He was an excellent driver and we definitely recommend him to anyone.
