Great communication prior to and during trip. Our driver Daniel was waiting for us when we came out with our luggage. We had a great conversation as he drove us to our hotel outside of Lucerne.

Driver was very professional, on time and friendly. He was Waiting outside the arrival with sign with our name on it. Help us carry our luggage and ask us how’s our flight. He even let us know how far is our hotel and travel time. We have a very nice conversation during our travel to our hotel. On top of that brand new SUV Mercedes.. give him Five star driving us safe to our hotel.

Had to wait over an hour kept calling until someone finally showed up. We had to meet in street no sign. He said he was called last minute to replace another driver.

At that time, our driver was completing another assignment but proceeded to you as quickly as possible. To assist you on the day, we sent a reminder with detailed instructions on where to wait—specifically, that the driver would be holding a signboard with your name and provided a tracking link for your convenience. Unfortunately, it appears you waited on the street rather than the designated meeting point, which made it challenging to locate you. It was, in fact, quite fortunate that the driver managed to find you at all. Please also note that the driver assigned to your transfer was not changed last minute. Our team shared the driver’s contact information and tracking details well in advance. Although our messages were marked as read, we did not receive a response. We truly regret how this situation impacted your experience and appreciate your feedback. Our car broke down on way from Zurich to Lucerne.We were stranded on the highway for 1hour 30 minutes before the vendor sent a new car although we were just 15minutes away from Zurich. We reached our destination 2 hour late in spite of booking an expensive private transfer.

The replacement vehicle arrived and the driver not only ensured you reached your activity on time but also personally assisted in transferring your luggage to your hotel to help make up for the delay. We would also like to clarify that while it may have seemed like Zurich was just 15 minutes away, the actual distance from our garage in Zurich to your location on the highway was approximately 50 minutes. As soon as the incident occurred, we promptly dispatched a replacement vehicle to minimize the delay.
