次に、旧市街（アルトシュタット）を散策し、スピタルガッセ通りとバレンプラッツに沿って歴史書のページを歩いているような気分になります。
さらに、世界で最も古い時計塔であるZytgloggeを発見します。この装飾が施された天文カレンダー時計は、ベルンの旧市街の傑作であり、500年以上にわたって使用されています。
