Easy pick up and great drop Off. Knowledgeable & helpful driver. He & the ease of use took a lot of stress out of the trip home.
Excellent transfer to Sydney Airport from our city hotel. Excellent communication. Bob was friendly, prompt, and a very experienced driver who negotiated the crazy Sydney traffic with ease. Easy to change the time when our scheduled flight was unexpectedly cancelled less than 24hrs prior and we were re-routed onto an earlier flight. Would definitely book this service again!

There was some type of mix-up. Three of us wanted a ride from the airport to our hotel downtown Sydney. When we arrived at the airport there was no driver. The airport staff called and was told the driver had been at the hotel where we wanted to go waiting to take us to the airport and was no longer available. We took an Uber to the hotel. Viator put in a refund request for us.

Bob was absolutely amazing! He was kind and very informative. We enjoyed his sense of humor and you can tell he’s a genuine stand up guy.
Driver was prompt and friendly, car was nice and clean. It’s an airport transfer, not much more to say.
