My 9 year old son and I had the best time exploring Sri Lanka with Nehal as our guide. We spent 10 days and we saw so much! Nehal was able to share a wealth of knowledge and experience as we went along on our journey. He was ready and waiting for us to arrive at the airport and was waiting every morning for each hotel pick up. All excursions that we went on were booked and clearly communicated with us via Nehal - driver, tour guide, translator and now friend!

We used it for four days, from September 2nd to 5th, 2026, for two people (a couple). In a word, it was a "unique and unparalleled best experience." The response to the application was very quick, and they proposed multiple itineraries to meet the request to visit Sigiriya, Candy, Ella, and Galle in four days. They flexibly handled things like reservations for the highland train and transfers to the hotel, so I could entrust it to them with peace of mind. And above all, the driver guide who accompanied us for four days was wonderful. First, I will make various suggestions, but it is completely fine if you refuse. "Let's create a trip while talking," they said, and that was exactly what happened. Even though I'm not good at English, you spoke to me slowly and simply, and I always felt your thoughtful consideration. In addition to the standard tourist attractions like Sigiriya Rock, Buddha Temple, and the Highland Train, we also participated in experiences that we probably wouldn't have chosen on our own, such as tea picking, tuk-tuks, river jungle, and turtle release, based on his suggestions. From then on, I came to trust him completely and decided to try as many things as he recommended. There were some paid options, but ultimately, they significantly increased our satisfaction with this trip. Also, during the long journey, I was able to touch upon "the country of Sri Lanka" beyond just tourism, discussing various topics such as Sri Lanka's history and social issues, expectations for the new government, and relations with Japan. He was the one who helped me create a trip so that I could enjoy the limited four days to the fullest. Tourist spots, unplanned experiences, encounters with people, and conversations with him. All of that came together and made it an unforgettable trip for my spouse and me. I sincerely thank you. I recommend it with confidence.

The entire organization was perfect. Henry, the Director of Operations, helped us organize the entire tour and made sure everything went smoothly. Podda, our driver and companion, a luxury!! Super attentive, discreet, kind, looking after us throughout the entire trip, he took care of the tickets to the sites, took us to eat at restaurants with the food we wanted, and had multiple thoughtful gestures until the very last moment. Already the planning of our individual trip with Henry Lionel was smooth and highly professional, we could choose and book the hotels that we wanted and all our wishes were respected. At the airport we were greeted by Henri Lionel and the driver guide Chrish. Chrish was an excellent tour guide and driver. This started with finding an approved foreign exchange dealer on our first day that offered better rates than the banks at the airport. He was always friendly and courteous, organized perfectly all our desired Ayurveda massages, was very flexible when we wanted changes and shortenings to the planned schedule, made terrific suggestions for sights that we had not planned, found delicious places for lunch, gave informative insight information on the sights we visited and all our questions we had during our 14 days together. In short: we were very happy, having him as our guide.

Mr Raja Deepal was our English-speaking driver-guide for our 6 days, 5 nights journey from Colombo to Kandy, Mirissa, and back to Colombo. Throughout the trip, Raja was consistently helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He drove carefully and responsibly, which gave our family great peace of mind. His local insights and willingness to accommodate our schedule made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We were also very impressed with the service provided by the organising agent, Merganser (Sri Lanka) Holidays. Their responses to our queries were prompt and professional, and the arrangements were well-coordinated from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Sri Lanka for the first time, and we would certainly engage their services again for future trips.

You took such special care with us, particularly being helpful with my husband’s lack of mobility as he waits for his hip replacement. We enjoyed all of the experiences you arranged for us and it was great that your pick for each guide was always spot on. We managed to see all the animals and birds we wanted to and more. Manjula also provided lots of helpful information on what to do in Sri Lanka for example how much was an appropriate tip for guides. Manjula was also knowledgeable about the history and the practices of the country so we learned a lot about Sri Lanka along the way. Spending 21 days with a total stranger could have been difficult but we all got on very well and the whole experience was excellent. Thanks again.

Fabulous service for our family trip to Sri Lanka. Henry was very helpful with all our questions before we made the trip. We enjoyed a typically friendly Sri Lankan welcome. Our driver, Muthu, was very friendly and considerate. He joined us every step of the way and looked after the family all of the way.

The deal was excellent. Henry made us feel at home and everything was very well planned, we were travelling with him for 15 days throughout Sri Lanka. He was very punctual and a great driver: prudent, at the right speeds and very quiet. We were definitely very lucky!
