Pure drama, have not been picked up as agreed we had to arrange a taxi ourselves, which they were going to pay, so not!!!! We were only informed of all this 45 minutes before the agreed time. Plane would leave 09.00 was 11.00 12.00 finally 13.00 hours.....4 hours waiting at airport no reliable information NOTHING, after 3 hours bottle of water received.... Flight made! van which had to take us back to ship, according to booking details and appointment dropped us in village. Outright outrageous treatment. After our holiday we will hold the booking office liable for this. Highlight of our trip has become a great disappointment.
