I can recommend it 100%. The guide is very kind and funny. It is obvious that he likes his job. People who are afraid of heights and water have to think beforehand if they like that activity, but in our group everything was fine and the guide took care of his clients at all times.
Thz eginning looked sketchy since it started on a hippy beach, but from that point on everything went smoothly. The guides were friendly and funny the whole tour, and it was aboveall an amazing experience.
What an experience! Fantastic, expert guide Victor who gave me a super spectacular climbing experience and where I felt absolutely safe and at ease. He has a lot of humor and is at the same time no-nonsense. Had a truly fantastic day; the best day of my vacation! Definitely a recommendation.
I couldn't do the activity, which probably would have been exciting too, I don't doubt that. At the 24-hour mark for a free refund, they told us that the activity was canceled because there weren't enough sign-ups. I tried replying to their WhatsApp message to receive a refund, I received NO response. Fortunately, after multiple requests and after more than a week, through the Viator customer system, I managed to get my money back. However, they forced us to waste a day of vacation because it was too late to book anything else.

We can’t confirm a cancellation several days in advance because more bookings could still come in during that time and bring the group up to the required minimum. That’s why we have to wait until the day before to make the final call. We completely understand that this can be frustrating, and we’re sorry it affected your plans. Push your limits! Here you're going to climb down rocks and jump off! (4m.en.higher) I myself found it a bit exciting the first time, but just minds at 0 and go! Victor explains everything neatly in Spanish and English , indicates what you should not do and in principle there is little that can go wrong because of your equipment such as wetsuit life jacket and helmet , especially the "washing machine " in the cave was nice , I would join this again next time , thanks for the.great experience Victor !
If in doubt, book it! We had a fantastic day with Victor and a lovely bunch of fellow tourists - a mixture of nationalities on an English speaking excursion. I would say it was a slightly odd start being picked up from the hotel, dropped to a car park and then met there by the guide - we started to worry a bit but we needn’t have. We changed into our safety kit, hiked to a secluded beach and then proceeded to hike, stumble, swim, climb, and zip wire around the coastline. We visited little caves, saw hundreds of crabs, drank a lot of sea water, and laughed from beginning to end. Victor was an absolute joy - very experienced and had a fantastic sense of humour. We enjoyed some bananas, cookies and dried fruit and nuts that Victor provided, whilst sitting on the rocks looking out to sea with our new friends. It was quite challenging so be prepared for that, but you could sit out any of the jumps, zip wire, or climbs if you didn’t want to do it. I would strongly recommend as grippy trainers as you can to make the walking on the rocks easier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip to any adventure seeking families. We had an 18 and 15 year old with us and they said it was the best thing we’ve ever done on holiday!
Very cool tour with Victor. It is truly achievable for everyone, as all obstacles can be avoided if one does not feel confident about the height (jumping or climbing). One should only be waterproof, which, thanks to the wetsuit and life jacket, should be manageable for most who are interested in such a trip. As a snack, there were bananas with nuts and cookies, and water was available to drink. Victor was funny throughout the entire tour. Pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel is, of course, a nice plus for the price, which is not better with other providers/agents without pick-up. Overall, thumbs up :-).
WARNING, FRAUD!! I booked and paid to do an activity with this company. They have not shown up. They do not respond to emails, nor to WhatsApp, and the phone is turned off. Everything seems correct and credible, but I have been deceived with the entire team. We are managing the complaint, but I do not know if I will be able to recover my money. DO NOT BUY ANY ACTIVITIES HERE!!!

Seríamos, además, unos estafadores bastante peculiares: una empresa real, registrada, con años de actividad, servicios que se realizan cada semana y numerosas valoraciones positivas de clientes reales. Con la información que aportas no conseguimos identificar tu reserva ni saber exactamente qué pudo ocurrir, así que no podemos ofrecerte una explicación concreta. Lo único evidente es que tu experiencia te ha generado un enorme malestar, algo que lamentamos sinceramente. Si nos facilitas el nombre, la fecha y la plataforma donde reservaste, podremos localizar el caso y comprobar lo sucedido. Respecto a la denuncia que mencionas con tanta insistencia, a día de hoy no hemos recibido ninguna ni tenemos constancia de que se haya presentado. En cualquier caso, si llega, responderemos y aportaremos toda la información necesaria con absoluta tranquilidad. Un saludo.
This was an amazing activity. Suitable for anyone who likes adventure. We had Miguel as a guide who was very helpful, knowledgeable and eccentric. It was an amazing experience where you will climb, absail, swim and jump into water from different heights. If you're afraid of heights it might not be one for you. All the equipment, drinks, snacks and transport is included. **Bring suitable footwear, I.e trainers/footwear with good grip you're not fussed about getting wet** After coming to gran canaria for 5 years, this is certainly one of the best excursions out there and is a must do!
The whole activity let’s say was fun and demanding so not for the beginners but the whole logistics was a failure , waiting and waiting on the parking lot , then transfer to beach and another wait , finally some jumps and walking along the coast on the rocks wasn’t bad but the organizers also had via ferrata in their portfolio which they moved the date twice saying we meet in the same spot and after that don’t pick up the phone don’t communicate so we end up in the wrong place and they can’t wait for us 20 mins even though they also were late as usual. Very poor organising
