Courtney was the best ! He was on time and very polite. I told him it was my birthday and he decorated his car with balloons and a banner ! I would definitely recommend and book for future trips. Thank you court court !
The experience was okay: The time advertised is not the time we received and also was charged for limestone massage (which I was refunded for) although that’s what was booked! It was advertised as 2-3 hrs but only rafted for 5-10 mins then got the “massage” and was rushed back on the raft to return.. Our transportation driver was amazing he deserves a 5 star rating, would definitely recommend as well as the workers! I believe it was just false advertisement…

We would like to clarify that the advertised tour duration of 2–3 hours includes round-trip transportation time, as clearly stated in the tour details under "Information Travelers Need From You." It appears this information may have been overlooked when reviewing the full tour description. For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of the tour as "false advertising." We also understand how the experience may have felt shorter than expected. However, according to our records, you spent approximately two hours at the Bamboo Rafting location, which included both the rafting experience and the limestone foot massage. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your driver and found our staff to be excellent. Providing outstanding service is very important to us, and we continuously strive to ensure that all guests have a clear understanding of what to expect before their tour begins. On holiday from UK, first excursion we did was the bamboo river rafting. We got picked up from hotel Riu Ocho Rios, by our driver Desmond, who was genuine and informative, drove us through the town and gave us an explanation of everything we went by. The transfer vehicle was clean and cool. We arrived at the river and was greeted by the team there and our captain Noel who was great, with 28 years of experience, we had a great time and made some lovely memories. Would recommend Coopa Tours for anyone travelling to Ocho Rios.
