Coopa tours was communicative and prompt picking us up from the hotel. Our driver Courtney was polite and our bamboo rafter Shadow was funny/entertaining. Limestone massage left our legs feeling nice and exfoliated. A beautiful relaxing day surrounded by the scenic rio Nuevo and ocho rios sunshine ☀️
Courtney was the best ! He was on time and very polite. I told him it was my birthday and he decorated his car with balloons and a banner ! I would definitely recommend and book for future trips. Thank you court court !
The experience was okay: The time advertised is not the time we received and also was charged for limestone massage (which I was refunded for) although that’s what was booked! It was advertised as 2-3 hrs but only rafted for 5-10 mins then got the “massage” and was rushed back on the raft to return.. Our transportation driver was amazing he deserves a 5 star rating, would definitely recommend as well as the workers! I believe it was just false advertisement…

On holiday from UK, first excursion we did was the bamboo river rafting. We got picked up from hotel Riu Ocho Rios, by our driver Desmond, who was genuine and informative, drove us through the town and gave us an explanation of everything we went by. The transfer vehicle was clean and cool. We arrived at the river and was greeted by the team there and our captain Noel who was great, with 28 years of experience, we had a great time and made some lovely memories. Would recommend Coopa Tours for anyone travelling to Ocho Rios.
