This water park is a must when in Dubai. It has everything you can ask for! The vibes are great and staff is amazing!!! They even have night time events.

Avoid avoid avoid. We have been here before and previously loved it and it’s so disappointing to have so many slides closed for repeated visits. The crowds are no longer worth the wait. Especially this visit our youngest who is now over 1.2m wanted the 4 of us to race on hydra racers and it was closed with so many others. There are better places to spend your money. When asking staff and management regarding closures and timescales no straight answers are given. So frustrating so no other option than to go elsewhere.

The award winning waterpark boasts 103 rides and attractions, but twice now I have paid for several tickets to spend the day and as usual, a significant number of rides are closed. Such a disappointment. My son and his friends spent about 5 hours there and between the crowds and the fact that only a few rides were open, they only went on one big ride and then spent time on the lazy river. It’s Yas Island from now on.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Aquaventure. The park was extremely crowded during my visit, and the waiting times for many rides were incredibly long, which made the experience much less enjoyable than expected. Unfortunately, I was unable to go on any of the rides because the lines were taking hours, and it was very difficult to wait that long in the heat. There was also a serious lack of seating and shaded areas to relax. Because the park was so overcrowded, we became very frustrated and annoyed and ended up leaving much earlier than planned. Overall, the experience felt chaotic, overcrowded, and poorly organized. It was a waste of money for us, and I will never go back. Very disappointing experience overall. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to others based on my visit. I hope the park can improve crowd management and guest comfort in the future.

Basically a great water park, but there are better ones worldwide. Aside from long wait times (even though it was not crowded), you receive the notice at the start: Glasses are not allowed, etc., which is cumbersome, as it is very difficult for glasses wearers; you have to stow them in your swimsuit or swim trunks! Additionally, it should be mentioned that you must download the app and set up a payment method there. Doesn't one do that, one cannot consume anything in the park. It must be positively mentioned that there are free drinking fountains to fill your water bottle.

The waterpark is very big and had lots of slides even though some are closed. The park was very busy on a Thursday, We managed to get onto 5 slides in 7 hours and the wait times on the walls are very inaccurate as one of the slides surge had a 45 minute wait time on the wall but from that point it took 2 hours to go down the slide surge which was over in 5 seconds and was underwhelming. There was no monitoring of the queues as people are very invasive of personal space and all crowded together (mainly men) and there was a lot of people pushing in the line. I also fell out of the ring on the rapids and instead of the lifeguard asking if I was okay, he yelled to get back on the ring, I was injured and did so immediately but no sympathy from the watching lifeguard. Perhaps there should be a women’s and family only day at the waterpark.

Paid 2000 for entrances and cabana. ( not including food and drinks) Our guide was amazing (mango from Kenya). However each line had one hour wait time and could only ride 5 time from 11:30 to 17:00 One out of the three towers was closed and the waterpark was packed like I haven’t seen anywhere in the world. Terribly managed. How can the waiting lines be so long during off season and 100+ slides

Unfortunately the records breaking park lists 105 records breaking rides. However today so many were closed…. Yes it’s Eid and you expect it to be busy. But queue after queue, staff didn’t seem to be that concerned there were no rings for the rapids “they are over there somewhere”. No decent play area open for 8-12 year olds as the main one was still closed for refurbishment.
