The driver was on time and easy to recognise but did not speak any English. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and tidy.
Pick up was scheduled for 9:30 am but we were delayed 1.25 hrs due to Chinese immigration. Driver was still there with our sign. He didn't speak with us but didn't matter. Drove kind of crazy weaving lane to lane but everything worked well. We'd use the service again.
Great, on time and efficient, very friendly, driver met us at the port, helped us with our luggage and went to our hotel without delay
We were met by Jom as we left customs. He escorted us to a van driven by someone else. On our way to our hotel, he pointed out landmarks, gave us suggestions of what to do that afternoon, and carried on a friendly conversation throughout. The van was clean and modern. I recommend this company.
<p>An English speaking guide met us at the cruise exit with a name placard. He was very pleasant and gave us an overview of things in China. The van was air conditioned, comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage.</p>

<p>We thoroughly enjoyed this comprehensive and interesting day tour of Shanghai. Our guide Darren is very knowledgeable and he made sure that we were comfortable at all times. In addition he speaks English extremely well which is important. We were able to discover both the ancient and new aspects of Shanghai. The visit of the historical Astoria Hotel is a must do. We particularly enjoyed viewing the Chinese costumes at the Shanghai Museum. The Confucius Temple is more than worth the visit, as it harbors beautiful gardens ponds and an interesting museum. And to top it all we finished the tour with a visit of a silk factory. Very interesting as not only are you able to view a beautiful array of silk rugs and other products, but you also can see how silk is actually produced. Once again thank you Darren for such a wonderful day!</p>
