My family celebrated our parents wedding anniversary and decided to use Viator as we heard good reviews, we were not disappointed, it was a good choice as we really enjoyed seeing all the major sites in Rome and avoiding the daytime heat. Patrick, the driver was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.
5 stars- Beatrice, our Driver pick up our party of 8 from the cruise ship on time on a rainy day. We signed up for a 3 hr. Tour of Rome explaining that we only had 1 1/2 days in Rome, have never visited before and were staying at a apt. With no vehicle. Beatrice, gave us a full tour of all the highlights of Rome in the rain stopping at each location, allowing us to get out and visit each place with a very knowledgeable explanation of the rich history of the site in english! We could not have had a better tour of Rome. By the end we had visited the major site's of Rome, not within walking distance of our apt. Allowing use to relax and enjoy the city's culture the next day. A 10 Star treatment!! Only the best!
our driver/tour guide Honofrio was prompt, very knowledgeable and accomodating. He's very passionate in what he does and is clearly happy to share the beauty & history of Rome without the stress of walking under the August heat. And hotel pick up and drop off is a major plus! Honofrio gave us ample time to get down, take pictures and enjoy the major sites! Our Roman vacation is only for 2 days & this tour is the best way to get around! My husband & 2 teens enjoyed a lot and I'm highly recommending it! Thank you Honofrio!
