The Arabian Baths were absolutely beautiful. Very atmospheric in a semi-dark cave setting but wasn't as serene an experience as advertised and expected. It felt rather rushed with lots of people to-ing and froing and staff buzzing around. Didn't feel at all personal and would have been better with fewer people at a time which could have contributed to a calmer, more relaxed experience. That being said, the massage was very relaxing but could have been better if not for a damp musty smell from the face down area of the massage table. It's possible that our chosen time of day at 2pm, was not the best choice for an optimum outcome.

A lovely relaxing end to a busy sightseeing holiday. The baths were clean and peaceful. The staff lovely and a good massage too.

It was out of this world, I highly recommend it. The place is sparkling clean, the atmosphere is very inviting, you have to surrender all your senses and give in the experience, the decor is simple and yet sophisticated, the attention of the staff was on point. And the massage area and experience was everything I was waiting for. You have access to lockers to leave your belongings secured. They provide you with the escentials for a shower/shampoo combo and a blow dry for your hair so you won’t leave the place unkept, they give you a bag for your swimming suit so it won’t drip in your bag .

This may have been my favorite part of my 9 day Spanish vacation! We booked on the last morning of our trip, so we done a ton of walking and the pampering was so appreciated. We booked the 45min bath/45 min massage. You enter a world of calm - senses soothed from the ambient lighting and candles, relaxing music, the sound of running water, the teas offered and the fragrances. There are 4 pools - a cold plunge, a warm bath, a warmer bath and one that’s a little more neutral. There is also a sauna. I did want to do the pool followed by the massage, but as others have mentioned, we were called back for the massage first. I actually enjoyed doing my it in that order and we were able to shower the oils off before entering the pools. Manuel was my masseuse and he did an amazing job! The ONLY downfall was that there was construction in the neighborhood that you could hear inside. But I just tuned that out. No cameras allowed inside but I attached some lobby photos.

The design, the sensations, the location, the thermal baths, are worth it. We liked it, especially after walking through the Alhambra. Very clean place, organized, really very good. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, starting with Ariadna at reception, she doesn't understand the concept of hospitality very well, and the therapist I got thought I was her cat or her boyfriend, petting me instead of giving a massage. She asks about the massage pressure afterwards. I understand that since the place is wonderful, and they keep it very well maintained, and since they know it will always be full, well, they lose out on the details. If you don't get massages and you ignore some of the employees and just go for what you're there for, it's perfect.

What a unique experience while in beautiful Granada! After visiting Alhambra its decorations are decidedly copied after the palace. It was very luxurious and affordable!! Our massages were amazing!! We stupidly forgot our swimsuits because we got caught up with wine and tapas and they actually let us use some brand new ones of theirs!!!! I have not heard of such a thing. Would never happen in the US. I highly highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for relaxation and rejuvenation during their travels.

I RARELY review places but this one warrants it. I purchased this service as a special gift for my daughter, who was solo traveling. She arrived at the alloted 15-20 minute window before her session, checked in, and then she was led to a room and told to wait there. She waited there for over an hour to receive her massage. It was not explained to her that she could and should use the pools during the time she was waiting. Since she was waiting in the room for so long, she asked the staff repeatedly whether she needed to do something else or be somewhere else, as she watched many women arrive and head off to their services during the hour she waited there. Staff repeatedly told her to stay put. FINALLY, after waiting for over an hour, she was called for a short massage, although we paid for a scrub and a massage. While enjoyed her short massage, she did not receive the scrub we paid for, nor was she able to enjoy the pools. We are extremely disappointed as this experience was intended to be a highlight of her journey. No one should be waiting over an hour in a room, especially when they have only 90 minutes total to stay at the hammam. This experience turned out to be frustrating and confusing for her, rather than restorative or pleasant. Exact opposite of the goal. On the plus side, our daughter reported that the hammam itself was beautiful and visually stunning and that she enjoyed the brief massage. I hope this review helps someone else to avoid this disappointment, since we selected this hammam precisely because of so many of the good reviews. Hopefully, our terrible experience is just an unfortunate one-off, as so many visitors seemed to have the experience we were hoping for.
