I RARELY review places but this one warrants it. I purchased this service as a special gift for my daughter, who was solo traveling. She arrived at the alloted 15-20 minute window before her session, checked in, and then she was led to a room and told to wait there. She waited there for over an hour to receive her massage. It was not explained to her that she could and should use the pools during the time she was waiting. Since she was waiting in the room for so long, she asked the staff repeatedly whether she needed to do something else or be somewhere else, as she watched many women arrive and head off to their services during the hour she waited there. Staff repeatedly told her to stay put. FINALLY, after waiting for over an hour, she was called for a short massage, although we paid for a scrub and a massage. While enjoyed her short massage, she did not receive the scrub we paid for, nor was she able to enjoy the pools. We are extremely disappointed as this experience was intended to be a highlight of her journey. No one should be waiting over an hour in a room, especially when they have only 90 minutes total to stay at the hammam. This experience turned out to be frustrating and confusing for her, rather than restorative or pleasant. Exact opposite of the goal. On the plus side, our daughter reported that the hammam itself was beautiful and visually stunning and that she enjoyed the brief massage. I hope this review helps someone else to avoid this disappointment, since we selected this hammam precisely because of so many of the good reviews. Hopefully, our terrible experience is just an unfortunate one-off, as so many visitors seemed to have the experience we were hoping for.

The place is nice but not very large (much smaller than the one in Seville, for example); I had booked the baths plus a 45-minute massage, and the massages are done in a chain. Another negative point is the lack of individual lockers, which is a shame for this type of place.

The baths were amazing - warm, cold, 2 hot baths, and a steam room. The exfoliating treatment was invigorating but the massage was only for the back and legs, with less pressure than we have had with other massages. The beauty products were fabulous! Overall, I would highly recommend the baths, but maybe skip the massages.

Was pleasant, enjoyed the experience and environment. Relaxing warm calm space, the exfoliation rub and massage were worthy add ons. The hot bath was not too hot and the cold bath really not too cold

My husband and I read the mixed reviews and still wanted to form our own opinion. BUT it is as described by other guests. It is NOT a hammam in the true sense; it is actually just three small mini pools that are at different temperatures. We did not have the problem of "lack of space" because someone was constantly being picked up for a massage, but after an hour we were already bored. You are not shampooed or washed here as you might expect, which I find VERY unfortunate, and yes, at the beginning you don't really know where to go because everything is explained to you in some way, but also not really. Additionally, I found it very dangerously slippery, although I had flip-flops, but I was instructed to only bring the towel. The massage was nice/effortful (15 minutes), but folks... this is not called a massage anywhere in the world; it was stroking, pleasant stroking, but not a massage. The ambiance is really extremely beautiful, but overall it is absolutely not worth the money. Save it and go eat well instead!

Excellent exfoliation and massage Pleasant place It should be noted that inside, no type of footwear is allowed, and the floors are wet due to the type of activity, so one must walk carefully to avoid slipping. It is a well-designed place regarding its waters and showers.

Very nice activity in an exceptional location. We were able to enjoy a moment of relaxation in these baths, a pure moment of happiness. It is unfortunate that the staff lacks a bit of attention. A little note slipped in to ensure that everything went well would be more pleasant to hear than, it's time, you must get out of the bath.

Fun visit for family with adult children. Cold.hot baths and a beautiful steam room. Wonderful break from other tours and events.

It is wonderful to go to these bathrooms, it is the third time and I always go out looking forward to coming back.
