Melisa and the tour van driver made this tour experience very special. Melisa provided many options and tailored the tour to our desires and wants. She is very passionate about her culture, very knowledgeable of the history of Ephesus and surrounding historic sites. In addition to the historic sites we had a private tour of the Lotus Family UNESCO sponsored tile & ceramic workshop and gallery that they share with surrounding artists. The glow in the dark moon stone pieces were truly amazing to see. Also we visited a local rug workshop and gallery with craftsmanship the was truly amazing. And finally we had an excellent traditional Turkish lunch and Turkish delights. This experience was truly special and we were so glad we did it with Melisa.

First class experience. Guide was at cruiseport to greet us and we quickly loaded onto a new van for a private tour of the Virgin Mary house and ancient Ephesus. Our guide, Ayshe was pleasant and such a historian. Fabulous day !! Would highly recommend

If I could make it 10 stars I would! Great communication, great organization, and our guide Memo Was spectacular And a wealth of knowledge!! Had had a great personality, and was a lot of fun! Took us to a local restaurant for lunch, where we experienced delicious Turkish food, along with the wonderful guided tour through Ephesus and the house of the Virgin Mary! Sheriff, Our driver was always waiting for us, made sure the van was put in the shade when it all possible, and the van was super perfect as well! Would highly recommend requesting Memo & Sheriff !

The tour starts out with a road trip and stop at a rug factory for some excellent Turkish coffee, pastry, and a pitch to buy a rug or two. Next, we went to the House of Mary and then the ruins at Ephesus. The ruins at Ephesus are awesome and our guide extremely informative and personable. Highly recommend, even if you're not in the market for a rug.

We arrived at our cruise port where we met our private tour guide, Filiz. The process was seamless. The three of us headed out on our tour with Filiz who took care of everything from start to finish. Filiz was extremally knowledgably, friendly, and a very positive person. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wanted to visit Ephesus and the sounding area. Ashley

This was our first time with private cruise tours. It was easy to book, much more affordable and the smaller sized group was just amazing. We had guide Calgar who was excellent. His area knowledge, professionalism and entertaining personality were perfect. He fit in great with our group and was like a fun college professor. He tailored the trip perfectly and provided a great local cuisine lunch suggestion. We could not have been happier and highly recommend both Kusadasi/Ephesus Private Tours and guide Calgar.

The best Tour of our entire cruise was this tour of Turkey (i.e., Ephesus and surrounding area). The sites are a reason to take tour, our tour guide Ekin made the tour memorable... for our family of four. Ekin is simply the best... hand down the best! He is a very friendly, whitty and knowledgeable. Master at his craft. Love the handlebar mustache too! We saw and learned of some great sites, cultural traditions and history of Turkey and ate some very delicious traditional Turkish food with Ekin. This tour company was also great, Ekin made it this excursion the highlight of our cruise.

We had a fantastic time with Banu. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to be with. Banu provided just the right amount of information and was flexible on what we could experience in this region in the time allotted. The experience was suburb.
