The show is fabulous but Guests know that it is a buffet dinner. The dinner was very average with very small paper plates .I was expecting great food to match the traditional experience.

They changed the location. There is no roasting of the pig in the pig coming out the ground the view that I saw from the previous referral showed that the ocean view and the cats just was overwhelming with cats, and it was at a waterpark. The actual set up wasn’t bad, but the fact that you had to walk away so far for your food just wasn’t and then the bar was far away, so the experience wasn’t what I expected for the price that I paid.

The performance itself was amazing and truly the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing because of the food and the location. The luau was held at what appeared to be an old golf land/water park, which was not at all what I expected for the price of the tickets. There were also stray cats roaming throughout the area, which took away from the overall atmosphere and made the setting feel less enjoyable. While the entertainment was excellent, the food and venue did not meet my expectations. Knowing what the location and overall setting were like beforehand, I honestly would not have purchased the tickets.

The entertainment is great. The main guy is funny and held the kids attention. Entertainment was great. Food was meh. Our bus driver was informative and funny. We had an issue with the bus, but it got corrected quickly with a new bus.

Loved this show! The entertainment and food was wonderful. We had the transfers to and from our hotel and found our driver to be prompt and personable. I would recommend this activity for couples or for the whole family.

“Excellent show! My husband and I have been to Chief’s Luau twice, and both experiences have been amazing. The first time we attended, my husband proposed to me, so Chief’s Luau will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We returned this time to celebrate our 2-year wedding anniversary, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Chief is absolutely hilarious, keeps everyone engaged throughout the entire show, and does a great job making everyone feel included. The entertainment, atmosphere, and overall experience were fantastic. We have truly enjoyed ourselves both times and would definitely recommend Chief’s Luau to anyone visiting Hawaii. 🌺❤️🌴

Definitely recommend this Luau to all going to Honolulu. My kids from ages 5 to 17. Enjoyed the activities the food, and of course the cultural immerse entertainment. We all learned and danced in this luau.

Such a wonderful show! Humorous and informative! The fire dancers were phenomenal, I couldn’t take my eyes off the stage! The food was great and the atmosphere was unmatched! I would pick Chief’s Luau again!
