I bought the 3 lines because there was only one day in Turin, but I didn't think it was worth it because it is very far (visually) from the tourist spots. On the first line (green) that I took the bus seemed to be late and the driver was extremely rude both in how she treated passengers and in how she drove. It passed the points very quickly and many times I had to hold onto the seat to avoid falling. I started the line from Piazza Castello on 9/6 at 11:30 am

The bus did not stop at the specified stop, we could not get on and take the tour. Still waiting for a response from customer service-for 9 months-very annoying

Easy to use and the proposed itinerary for the two lines used (blue and green) is very interesting.

I had a very good experience with this tour agency. The trip was well organized, the guide was friendly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The destinations were beautiful and transportation was comfortable. A few small details could be improved, but overall it was an enjoyable and memorable tour.

There was to much time to wait for the bus. More than an hour. Torino is better to walk it. Sr ley purés

I used all 3 routes in one day to enable me to see Turin and learn something of its history and people. Even though the frequency was not as high as I would have liked (maybe as it was off season) the longer routes enabled me to see more of Turin than I would otherwise have done. Had I been staying longer I would have had a wider choice of places to go after the tours. The timetables were accurate and it was easy to select the language of the tour.

The staff service is excellent; the bus runs on time. Hop on Hop Off is useful and interesting as a transportation service (great view and fun sitting on the second level) but it is not a good informative tour. You never actually see most of the places on the map you’re given (you only get to see the bus stop near the venues) and although the audio tour is interesting it often doesn’t relate to what you are seeing on the ride while listening..Watching YouTube videos would be much better for information but if you’re interested in getting to venues in a fun ride or just riding around in a new city, then yes, this is great.

The red line gives you the best idea of the centre of the city and the major attractions. Bus was clean and tidy, and seats were comfortable.
