We purchased this tour to travel to Florence to see the statute of David. The addmission ticket was part of the tour. The tour employee walked us to the museum and was unable to provide the necessary tickets to enter. We were told we could ask for a refund and the employee left us in the street. Poorly run organization!

Be aware you are on your own with this tour once you get off the bus. If you decide to walk, be prepared to walk several miles. The guide will give you a map and suggest options for you to see. The streets are difficult to match up with the map so using a walking app with your phone is helpful.

Lumi was so kind, patient and informative. She explained everything we needed to know about where we were going and if we wanted to go off and explore by ourselves, exactly where to meet up.
I highly recommend this experience and can’t see enough good things about Lumi!

Great way to get from the port to Florence. Glad we didn’t have to do the tour but was able to meet the guide (Alex) in a local store to get back to the bus.
