The views were spectacular once I made it to the top !!! Hard slog but just take your time and stop along the way for a breather.

Pick up on time and no issues with getting into the park. Driver Matthew was communicative and helpful. Diamond Head itself is interesting but really busy - you don't get much time to soak up the view as everyone is queuing for selfies... The walk is quite easy but would be hot in the middle of the day. Even though our tour went ahead as planned, I was disappointed to see on our confirmation email that if tour numbers were too low, it would be rescheduled for another day - no refunds! Not acceptable as we had other activists booked every day.

Beautiful scenery need to be in pretty good shape. If you have knee issues would not recommend. Starts off on a path then uneven rocks then stairs then a dark tunnel then a lot of stairs. No water or bathrooms on trail. Highly recommend if dont have health issues.

Diamond Head and the views from the top are beautiful. However, we are given only 1.5 hours to complete the hike and to meet at meeting point after the hike. I took 45 min to reach the top without stopping, spent 15-20 mins on the peak, and quickly walked down which took 25min. I was afraid I couldn’t make it on time to catch the shuttle. I missed a few look out points. And i didn’t have enough time to read all the sign boards descriptions. It wasn’t a relax hike. I think we should be given 2 hours to enjoy the hike. Especially the elders and slower walkers who probably would need more time (I am pretty much a fast walker). The driver kept saying he needed to pick up and drop off people from 8 hotels. But that is not our problem. Our hiking time shouldn’t be cut short because of that.

Matthew was extremely knowledgeable about our hike. He also had quite the stories about the island and offered suggestions for dining and shopping. We wish we had more time as we would have liked to do the waterfall hike.

Clear communication before and during the excursion. Pickup was easy, activity as described. Driver (Diogo) was very informative.

Tommy was out pickup and he was amazing. The hike itself was beautiful and worth every bit of exertion to get to the top. The views were breathtaking and we even got to experience a rainbow, a little rain and sunshine, all at the same time. Highly recommend this excursion.

Awsome driver, shuttle was on time as promised. Driver was funny and seamed to really enjoy his job. He pointed out several interesting facts on the route. He returned at the exact time to pick us up. Keep up the great job

Hike was well worth the struggle to get to the top! Not very active person so it was tough but the views were worth it! Tommy the tour guide was the best, very knowledgeable and fun bus driver
