Highly Recommended. We were picked up from the Cruise port by Richard, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a tour of the island on the way to the beach. We geared up and it was a 2 min walk to the boat. It was an easy ride on the covered speedboat to the 2 snorkeling spots. There were so many fish that came right up to us, and you can see them up close. It was a clear calm day and we could see all the way to the bottom. There were also two snorkeling guides that got in the water with us and pointed out where the fish was. They even took pictures and videos of our family. Great day, great communications, and great team (Richard, Lotta, Alex). They made sure we got back to the ship in plenty of time.

Excellent tour company! Very professional. They reached out to us to confirm the booking and even noted that I chose the wrong day (our ship was not in that port till another day) and explained how to correct it. Then a week or two before our tour they reached out again to tell us what to expect and provide instructions. On the day of the excursion, our group had just done a beach day the prior day and really wanted to do more sightseeing after the snorkeling instead of beach time. Richard was kind enough to make other arrangements for us and made it possible. Our guides for snorkeling were excellent and even provided assistance to a family member who panicked and started to struggle in the water. We all had a lot of fun and greatly enjoyed our added on tour experience with Franklin as he showed us around Puerto Plata plus a chocolate and an amber museum (as Richard drove us around). Before we were back on the ship we had even already received pictures from the snorkeling! Thanks to Lotta, Richard, Franklin, Alex and Elvis for an incredible time.

It was great. Prompt pick up. comfortable air conditioned ride. Richard was great. Franklin and pulpo (nick name) took us out to sea where we went snorkeling. Franklin even took pictures and sent them to us. We had a blast!

We had a great day. Richard, Lottie, and Franklin were great! We would definitely recommend this tour while in Puerto Plata.

One of the things that I appreciated the most was Lotta's communication. She contacted us right after booking via the Whatsapp, so we had a way of communicating right away. We did this excursion while on a cruise. Getting off the ship is super hectic with tons of people trying to sell you their excursions, so it was nice that she was in contact with us from the time we got off the ship until we met our guide, so we didn't get lost of in another van!! LOL! Our driver and young men who took us snorkeling were all very professional and attentive.. I wish I could remember their names to give the props. They made sure to get us back to the ship in plenty of time, which took a lot of stress out of the day. Thank you for being so accommodating to our group.

We had an amazing time on this tour. Richard picked us up right outside the cruise gates and transported us to the beach where we were fitted for our fins and then hopped aboard the boat to head to our snorkel spots. There were only 4 of us and were accompanied by 3 tour guides. They were flexible and gave us the option of going to the 2nd snorkel spoke which we did decide to go to. All photos and videos they took were included. When we got back to the beach, we had chairs and umbrellas on the beach included along with a server who brought us drinks and food (at our expense). We got back with about an hour to spare. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the local sights and beaches of the island.

Richard is the owner and waited for us despite our ship being late into port, very comfortable transport with another couple. Very efficient and attentive throughout - family run business (originally from Netherlands but been here 30 yrs). Excellent snorkeling in two different reef spots. Water was so, so clear - best we’ve seen around the world. Great value for money. We’ll definitely be back for more trips with Richard !

This is a great snorkeling option when cruising to Puerto Plata/Amber Cove. Very reasonably priced. Lotta was in constant communication throughout the process, Richard picked us up right outside the port gates as promised on time. We enjoyed chatting with him on the drive over. He’s lead an interesting life! There were only six of us on a boat that held 18. Alex was a great guide, there if you needed him but really let us snorkel independently which is what we like. Tons of fish. After snorkeling we had 2 hours on Sousa beach and lunch of ceviche rice beans plantains and a few Presidente cervezas. Richard had us back to the port with an hour to spare. Great way to spend your cruise day

Saw a lot of fish! Reefs were in pretty good shape….visibility could have been better but we can’t control the waves or the weather
