I think one of the most beautiful countries in Sicily, maybe its living room Absolutely worth visiting History and beauty come together in the living room of Sicily
We had a great day with Nina our tour guide. She gave us a lot of great information about her beloved Sicily as we traveled towards mt Etna. The drive was so nice. We enjoyed our time at the volcano. It was a lovely day and sweaters were not needed. I thought my Etna would be the highlight but we were lucky enough to see the other sites and stop for photos along the way. Each site was so pretty. The highlight was taking to time in Taormina. It was a beautiful little spot. We thankfully had lots of shade on our very hot day due to the narrow streets and buildings. This helped us enjoy looking about at our own pace. Nina helped us Keep time at the different spots and we really enjoyed our day with her!
Tour knew our port was changed right when we did and adjusted the itenirary. Guide was very knowledgeable about the different areas. She also went out of her way to take us to the theatre in Taormina. Was one of the top days on entire trip.
