It has been a wonderful experience; we really enjoyed our driver Brendon. He took care of us and gave us the time to enjoy each of the stops; we learned to our heart's content, with clear and detailed explanations. impeccable driving absolutely respectful and very cheerful, he took us to wonderful places that one could hardly find on their own

We had such a wonderful experience with Marita as our tour guide! She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, but also so funny and entertaining, which made the whole tour even more enjoyable. She was super friendly, kind, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. We learned so much while also having a lot of fun. We really enjoyed having her as our guide and would absolutely recommend her!

10/10 - Martia was great - very knowledgeable, funny, and made the excursions very enjoyable. It was a fantastic time - would do a tour with this company again.

Marita was amazing!!! She made our day so fun with extra stops to catch the sunset and take advantage of the weather! Would recommend this day trip to anyone wanting a taste of the highlands.

Its a sheer wastage of time and tiring yourself in a 12 hrs long tour There is nothing to see , they will stop for toilet breaks and a viaduct finally Better stay back in Edinburgh and spent relaxing time there As such no activities no adventure nothing Just go spoil your time ans come back .

This tour was one of the best we’ve taken. Stunning views throughout, and we stopped at so many places to take photos and explore a bit. It was pouring rain in the morning but we got pockets of sun in the afternoon. Our guide Brendon shared great stories and facts about the local areas and knew the best spots to take photos. He was also very accommodating, made sure we all felt comfortable, and checked in with us regularly. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Martin D. was a first-class guide, very friendly and funny; he entertained us perfectly during the trip, addressed our wishes, and adapted the tour to the weather. It was radiantly beautiful, and we made an extra stop at a beautiful beach.

Enjoyed a comfortable small-group tour with Timberbush guide Ben. He kept everything on time and all the spots fitted in nicely and comfortably with no hurries. Great locations for a general experience of the Highlands. Besides the main spots in Glenfinnan and Loch Ness, particularly enjoyed the small village of Mallaig and was able to catch the locks in action in Fort Augustus. Ben had a nice playlist of songs of contemporary Scottizh folk music which made the long drives enjoyable with the views and had some nice bits of trivia here and there along the way.

We had a bit of bad luck with the weather; at least it rained most of the day, but when we were allowed out of the bus, it was luckily dry. But a little sun feels a bit better. However, this is Scotland: 4 seasons in one day! Caz, our driver, told us enough about the area on the way. A golden tip from her at the Glenfinnan viaduct: split up. One of the families to the right, the other to the left. This is how you see the viaduct and the train from different perspectives and thus get a more complete set of photos. Malaig is not very special in itself. The baker in the harbor is recommended. The return journey along the other side of Loch Ness is absolutely worth it. Even if we are almost blown away 😉

Very well planned 11.5 hours tour, considering view of the Jacobite(Hogwarts) steam train, Loch Ness tour with great views, Falls of Foyers , Mallaig port. All packed with good stories by Martin! Martin is a great host for the tourists - very attentive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic! Highly recommended
