Driver was punctual. Respectfull. Knows the road, speaks good English and can communicate very well.

Not a good tour to take on weekends since it travels to parks that are very busy. We could not even find a place to park so we had to skip the park. Driver spoke very poor English and we gave up trying to understand him. It would have been a good idea to provide water in the car as it was hot and the drive was long. We would not recommend this tour with this tour guide.

Lovely tour, beautiful try to do it early in the morning, we started at 11am and the traffic was horrendous. Our driver, Aditya, did apologise and did his best to get around it. We got to see plenty and got a drop off at the airport too. Driver was very nice and brought us to a great restaurant for food before we hit the airport. At the Bali museum, be aware of the non-official tour guides, they will introduce you to the first part of the museum before then telling you the cost of the remainder of the tour, this is on top of the entrance fee. It's not expensive, and you can haggle on the price, but worth knowing ahead of time. Definitely recommended and good value for money to learn more about the Balinese culture.

If I could give our tour guide more than 1 Star I would but this review is for Trip Advisor. This tour is an absolute rip off. The tour company’s price is almost half the price that Trip Advisor is charging. Trip Advisor’s markup is a scam and they do not honour their Price Match Guarantee. They state they advertise the best price but this is not true. See for yourself, google the tour company and check their website. Our tour guide confirmed this and said always book directly with the company as they are price scammers. The day of our tour most of the sites were closed so we were unable to enter 3 out of 4 sites. Trip Advisor did not care about this and would not even provide a discount. The tour company only charges $120 AUD directly and Trip Advisor charges over $200. They are pocketing a huge amount and lie on their website stating they have the best price. Even after a PayPal claim they refused to compensate anything. I used to think Trip Advisor was a reputable company but I was so wrong! Do the tour companies a favour and book through them directly by simply googling their name and finding the same tour. They will also provide better service for you as well which we experienced on our second tour. Avoid Trip Advisor at all costs!!!

We had an amazing tour guide Mr Aditya. He took us around Denpasar city and showed us the amazing town. He kept us informed with the history of Bali. Amazing driver and took us to our destination with ease. Made sure we got into each destination with no issues and was an amazing photographer for my mum! Loved the local lunch that was included with the tour. Would recommend if you like a relaxing half day tour in Denpasar city!

Loved this city tour. Learned a lot about the history of Bali and the struggles they’ve been thru. The museum and the temple were the highlight. The market is great if you like to shop. Nengah, our driver and tour guide, was very friendly and shared lots of info re Bali. He took good care of us making sure we arrived safely at all our stops. Great tour for learning some history of Bali.

My wife and myself did the half day Denpesar tour with Nengah who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was finished off with a little gem of a local restaurant for a late lunch. Great day out viewing four Denpesar attractions and would highly recommend Nengah as a tour guide.
