ベルリン：ドレスデン、ザクセン・スイス、バスタイ橋への日帰り旅行

Great day out! Driver and tour guide kept to time. Tour guide very knowledgeable and personable. Modern clean bus.

Overall it was a good trip. However I had booked on a Monday and the tour provider had to cancel and offered me Tuesday instead. When we got to Dresden it turned out all the museums and attractions were closed on Tuesdays. Which suggested they don't usually run the trip on a Tuesday. The tour guide Samuel gave a guided tour part where he kept pointing out how much a ticket cost to all the attractions which were closed, which was very pointless. Also normally these bus tours are planned out very well with accessible toilet stops. However at the bastei bridge stop, the only toilet available cost 1euro in cash. We asked the tour guide Samuel for advice on how to access the toilet, if there were any cash points etc. And his response was to tell us he didn't know but we could get a nice ice cream at one of the stands which was incredibly counter intuitive. Dresden was a very nice city with sights to see on a sunny day, however, don't visit on a Tuesday and bring cash for the toilets.

It is 3 hours bus trip one way with a bathroom break in the middle but totally worth going. Sam our tour guide was very good in explaining the major attractions and recommendations for food. Dresden is so beautiful- and Bastei is the icing on the cake - totally worth it. Also bottled water is available in the bus for 1.5 euros which is a plus.

We have used Viator for some top notch trips and experiences. This one missed the boat. It turned out to be a bilingual tour which we unaware of. Everything was repeated twice and we’re just left wondering what we were supposed to do. The guide read off her phone for what little information was said. We traveled three hours to get there and not one word was said about what we were passing. Most of it was beautiful so would be a wonderful time to promote Berlin. I would not recommend this tour with this guide.

Wonderful Day trip tour from Berlin! Highly recommend for anyone interested in Architecture History and National parks. Our tour Guide Camilo was awesome and fluent in four languages.

This tour includes a significant amount of coach travel, but the opportunity to see a great slab of Germany (East) is great. Samuel, our guide was terrific. Easy to understand English as he is a Pomme. He also speaks a number of languages as an English teacher in Germany. His knowledge of Germanic history was first class. Took care of all our needs and educational tutoring. Great dude track to Bestie Bridge and the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Thoroughly recommend this tour out of Berlin.

Perfect day away from Berlin.

Itinerary shows 5 hours in Dresden, but we arrived at 11:30 and were told to meet back at 2:15, giving us less than 3 hours in the city. The tour itself was booked as an English tour but was dual language English/Spanish which would have been fine had I been aware. However the guide having to repeat everything took extra time during the walking tour so we opted to explore on our own since time was so limited. Our guide left several of us behind while walking back to the bus never even looking back to verify where we were; and was already on the bus when we did reach the parking lot, leaving 3 sets of guests unsure which bus to get back on. At the Bastai Bridge, again the guide left several people behind when walking from the parking lot to the main bridge entrance. The minimal time there also meant there was not enough time to actually walk on the bridge. Finally, the way the tour is priced doesnt make sense- I paid almost $200 for 2 people, but when I opened the tour again to check the itinerary thinking I had made a mistake, the price was $55 per person for the very next day. I understand pricing fluctuates, but that difference is extreme as both were weekday tours.

So happy I chose to visit Dresden! Beautiful city and the tour was excellent! I would recommend staying in Dresden for a few days!!
