Great whole day tour visiting all the locations you need for an overview of volcanic Lanzarote. The only small misgiving would be whether the lunch at 15 Euros was best value .

Fantastic trips with First minute travel. Easy to book. They offered the best tours at the best prices because they genuinely love the island and want to share it with you. They took extra care with our children, and an elderly couple that also got on. They were punctual and made each journey fun with their humor. Tour guides were brilliant pointing out things we wouldnt have noticed or known about. Our first trip was so good we went and booked 2 more! And each one was equally as fantastic. The lady and her son in the office made it so straight forward getting to the best parts that we really wanted to see. The travel agents didn't actually seem to know much about the island and they're "desk" wasn't always available. First minute had the kiosk open all the time so whenever you felt like going out you could! So easy. They made sure we knew the stops and gave names of buses, drivers and they guides they all seemed really friendly with each other. Very helpful 👌 thank you for making our holiday so spectacular 😀 definitely recommend.

Great day out, well organised. Roland was our tour guide and was exceptional, giving the tour in three languages. The day worked well, always on the move and no waiting for queues as everything was pre-booked. Also had a stop at wine tasting. We also stopped for lunch, good food, including lots of vegetarian choices, and wine for €15 each. Highly recommend the volcano and cave tours.

The trip was most enjoyable, although the start was haphazard. Get to the coach was a bit tortuous, got picked up in a minibus about 800m from our hotel, then drove to a nearby town roughly 8km away and the finally after a 10-minute wait, boarded another coach, which took us to our final coach. Roland our Dutch guide was very knowledgeable and knew the island well, having lived there for many years. The Timanfaya National Park was spectacular. The demonstrations at the cafe were very good. The eat as much buffet lunch (not included in the prize) was excellent value (€ 15 person including wine). The caves were well worth a visit, and the guide had a surprise in store. I won't a spoil your enjoyment by telling you.

Great day out. Professally organised with timings spot on. Roland (our guide) was fluent in multiple languages and a nice guy. An excellent way to discover a large part of Lanzarote.

We arrive by car or bus, depending on the times there may be waiting before arrival at the parking (for our part +1h30 so plan water). Once you are parked, organizers will take you on a bus that will take you on a tour of the course with beautiful scenery! There is a restaurant and we can see the cook we pass by (some take pictures of him) and a bar on site, a souvenir shop

Several customers were collected from their hotel, we had to be collected from the bus station & then on to collect others from hotels. We waited 10 minutes in Yaiza for customers to transfer to & from other buses, therefore we didn’t start the tour til 10.30 . We were told we would be back by 18.00 but after a long and needless stop @ Jameos del Agua, we didn’t get back to the bus station until 19.00 & still had to walk to our villa. The tour guide Roland had excellent knowledge of all the sites we visited

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We received conflicting information about the bus collection point , the email and text message stated two different locations. I confirmed via text and was told to remain outside our hotel. At the supposed collection time, I received an abrupt phone call asking if I was attending the trip. When I explained I was waiting at the confirmed collection point, I was told, “we never collect from there,” and given just five minutes to get to a new location. When we arrived, the bus had already pulled away and only stopped because it was caught in traffic a few hundred meters down the road. Once on board, the driver was very abrupt. I showed the tour guide the message I had received from the company, only to be told “lies, lies,” which was completely unprofessional. At the camel stop, we were given only 25 minutes not nearly enough time to do the camel ride, let alone visit the museum or use the toilet facilities. Having completed a similar tour with another company a few years ago, there was simply no comparison. Overall, this trip was very poorly organised.

Magnificent excursion. The guide very attentive and professional. The bus very clean, especially the glass, which is essential to be able to see well the excursion inside the Timanfaya Park since it is done from inside the bus. I recommend sitting on the right side as you have the best views of the park. Going with the bus saves you from queuing by car inside the park so you can get in which can arrive in 2 hours. I went with a car the previous two times and it was a long queue and the buses you have to get on when you arrive at the park have very dirty glass.
