The tour guide was a lovely human but also it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and flying by the seat of her pants. She was an older woman, seemed a bit scattered and kept having trouble finding the words she wanted to say. It was rather boring and not worth the money. We skipped out early.

Chris was a great guide. I like to do a ghost tour wherever I travel, and really enjoy it when it's clear the guide has done extra research and may switch it up a bit from time to time; the photos from guests really added to the experience. He ended up telling so many stories we went a little bit long, but the last stop was definitely worth it, even though I was definitely exhausted from a long couple of days. The only thing that detracted from the experience was that, between the cathedral's light show and the Saturday night traffic, the area we were in was so loud, it was difficult to focus on what he was saying in the first half of the tour.

Megan was absolutely helpful and a joy to be around. Her knowledge and passion was very apparent as well as how much she cared for the history and preservation of the area. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the downtown area and have another perspective of the many building most people would normally walk past.

Our tour guide Chris, went above and beyond. Our tour went over the 90 minutes because he was so great . He was full of knowledge and history and delivered it with a twist of humor. Well worth the money and would recommend! We had a bathroom break and drink stop if needed. Meeting place was a great location and even though it was a walking tour, we didn’t walk the entire time.

Do not go on game night down town went crazy at the end of our tour

We did the Madams and Mayhem ghost tour, and Wayne was our guide. He did a great job and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. He seemed very passionate about the history and stories he shared, which made the tour really interesting. It was just myself and my friend on this particular tour, so it felt very personable, and Wayne did a great job keeping us engaged throughout the experience. I would have given it five stars, but there was a lot more walking than I expected. I may have missed that detail when booking, but I do wish I had realized beforehand how much of a foot tour it would be. My advice: wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a bottle of water because you will get thirsty along the way. Other than that, it was a good experience, and Wayne did a wonderful job sharing the history behind the tour.
