This was my first hot air balloon experience, and I’m so glad I chose this tour! I was initially concerned about navigating the language barrier in Egypt, but Karim made everything seamless. His follow-ups and updates were excellent, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. As for the flight, the pilot was both professional and incredibly jovial, making the experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely worth every penny—highly recommend! Thank you!
