I love the boat ride they guaranteed to see dolphin and that happen. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. The drink was amazing. I cried my eyes off when I saw the dolphins. They took pictures and they were so good too thank you guys.

We absolutely loved our morning snorkel and sightseeing cruise with Ocean Joy! This was the #1 highlight of our time on O'ahu. The crew was fun, thoughtful, and all-around just a good vibe. We saw a green sea turtle, dolphins, a day octopus, and of course plenty of fish by the reef! The food was delicious, snorkel equipment clean and easy-to-use, and the boat comfortable and accommodating. The warm-water hose off after being in the salt water was a nice plus too. There were maybe just 4 or 5 other couples on board with us, so it never felt crowded. The photographer on board got so many great pics - including of us underwater! We did not hesitate at all to purchase the photo package at the end - they were so cool, and definitely worth the value of now having to worry about your own phone the entire time. We'd originally booked our cruise with a different company -- "Ko Olina Ocean Adventures" -- but then they texted us the afternoon before our tour saying they were cancelling it because they couldn't fulfill "the guest minimum" to make it worth their money... So we quickly pivoted to booking with Ocean Joy Cruises (and even saved about $50!) and are SO happy that we did! We'd choose Ocean Joy over and over again! 5 stars!
A green sea turtle, dolphins and a day octopus on one sail is the reef showing off, and we're glad the crew matched the energy of it. Really glad Ocean Joy could still make this the highlight of your O'ahu trip after that last-minute switch — that's exactly the kind of day we want to deliver. Fairly limited range of snorkeling once we hit the water. Not a lot to see, not permitted to find more. "Premium lunch" was far from it and not enough to go around, quality not considered. Crew was amazing, joyful, pleasant to ride with, but the description on the tour and the price really miss the mark for what was delivered.
We loved our time sailing with this crew! Everyone was sweet and attentive. We got to see dolphins, Manni found us an octopus to hold, and it was overall a great time.
I booked this tour because my husband lives the dolphins and the last time we were in Honolulu we went to an aquarium and swam with them in a controlled environment, this was a completely different experience. I read that it was on a nice boat - inside and outside sitting , snorkeling , good food and an open bar !! My husband and I are extroverts with people we know but are very private in public settings. I saw this because this entire crew made us feel comfortable front start to finish. Every crew member from the snorkel crew, photographer and shipmates and captain were all dedicated to make sure we are all super comfortable and have what we need and want. The 3 1/2 hour tour was good timing and movement. The pros: absolutely worth the money. It’s like having a private boat with a full crew and some new shipmates- just the right amount of other people - many are couples or families - very comfortable. I don’t know where that meal came from - but it was delicious and on time - especially that salad dressing - I wanted to snag the bottle ;) - I like when everyone works together to make things run smoothly - awesome crew. The only Con (and this is 100% my problem) is that we had to meet at 7:30am , meaning I had to be up by 6am in Vacation - but no worries - they have different departures times- we chose the 8am (7:30 check- in) because we were leaving the following day and wanted to enjoy the entire day. If you’re having any doubts - don’t. I tend to be associated with having high standards and would probably be more comfortable in a private yacht - I can tell you- they are right up there. Their attention to detail and their detail to customer service - with everyone working together makes this better !!! I give it 5 stars ⭐️ !! My only regret was not taking more pictures together - a they have an option for you to have access to all the pictures- although We only took a few of us in particular - it was worth it because it was a great deal. Other highlights - a they have 2 very clean bathrooms - I know - sounds like a small detail - but a very important one. To me, the price was reasonable for the service, in fact I would have paid more. Saying this - make sure to TIP your crew - after this adventure we went to the local supermarket to get water and some snacks and WOW I though prices in Los Angeles are crazy - Hawaii’s everyday costs of living are CRAZY - so til these super hard working guys ! BTW- I’m not a robot or paid/compensated review - I don’t have any social media at all - but when I was looking at the pictures and I saw a section for a review - Absolutely!!! I think this is so worth it and amazing - remember - the more you participate- the funner it will be ! I got more comfortable towards the middle - enjoy yourself

Loved the care they took with all the parties at the boat. Snorkeling, seeing lots of dolphins and sea turtle with their turtle cave was just wonderful. Food and staff was wonderful. Very good experience.

My wife and I had a great time on our snorkeling experience. The guys and gals on the boat were very professional and made sure were well taken care of.
A crew you don't have to think about is the whole trick — the snorkel hour goes a lot better when someone's quietly keeping an eye on everyone in the water. Turtles and a reef full of fish in the same snorkel hour is this coast in a generous mood, and we're glad you caught it. Our photographer puts real work into shots you'd actually want to keep — hard to manage yourself with a mask on your face — so hearing the price felt fair lands well too. Transport from Wakiki was easy and our driver was very friendly and shared lots of interesting information on the drive. There were less than 20 of us on the cruise that day so there was plenty of room for everyone. The crew on the boat were friendly and attentive and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. At one point I was given a pool noodle without asking to use as a pillow to make lying down on the deck more comfortable! We managed to see a pod of dolphins as well as a few turtles up close. My husband and I had never seen turtles in the wild before so this was very exciting! The snorkeling was a bit harder than expected due to a strong current but the crew did what they could to make this easier for us. I enjoyed the buffet lunch, there were a couple of meat options and a couple of a sides. There were a few people on our boat who had dietary restrictions and they were given their own boxed meals.
