A nice tour of Guatemala City - showing all the sights with an English speaking guide who was very thoughtful, adjusting the tour to our interests. We got a very good insight into the city and the rhythm of life.

Incredibly informative tour. We learned so much and really feel connected to the city now. We especially appreciated the part of the tour inside the central market, as there were so many items we wouldn’t have recognized. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this tour!

Covered all highlights and luckily it was a holiday so no traffic. All done in a couple of hours, half day excursion is more than enough.

Traffic is very busy in the city but calms down once you’re out a little bit. There are beautiful structures hidden throughout the city. Christian, our guide, was very friendly and authentic.

I loved it! They assigned me the agency Authentic Guatemala. Extremely punctual. Responsible. The transport units are very nice. The tour is very complete for the time allotted. Jorge, the guide, is a great person. His knowledge and dedication are evident. I want to return and I would definitely hire them.

I was in town visiting for a week in Guatemala City and not only booked private tours to the city and Antigua but for private transportation. The tour guides Luis and Roberto were excellent. They could speak English if needed. Roberto went out of his way to help my aunt in and out of the van to ensure her safety as she is handicapped. ALL the drivers were exceptional- punctual, friendly, respectful and also knowledgeable, specially Joel. I was impressed with their customer service and will definitely use Authentic Guatemala when I return.

We had a nice time with Jose Jorge aka JJ. He was knowledgeable and kind. He was our driver and tour guide. He was born and raised in Guatemala so he had a lot to teach us about the city and country.

This was a wonderful tour! It was the perfect combination of walking and riding. Lots of great history and information about the city. Our guide was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

JJ was locally knowledgeable and a pleasure to travel with. His plan for the tour really gave us a great sense of the city, including local color and history. He was very flexible and conscious of the needs of all in the group, which were three unrelated couples.

It was a lovely tour. Saw all the highlights in the city. Our guide, Roberto, was polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our driver, Carlos, made us feel safe navigating in the city. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.
