Our crew was fantastic, we saw most of the caves, and loved the swim on the private beach. The experience itself (not related to the operator) felt more stressful than our pont de piedade kayak tour due to the sheer number of other boats/kayaks in the water. Our time in the caves felt rushed as there were so many other kayaks and boats going in and out of the caves at the same time. Our guide did his best to not rush us, but had to give us a lot of directions to keep us safe. Powerboats were operating at faster speeds than expected, not waiting for kayakers to exit a cave before entering, and caused significant wave action at times, which may panic less experienced kayakers. Our trip was at 0930, perhaps an earlier time slot would have been less busy.

Incredible tour and experience. The guide Francisco and his colleagues did it perfectly, they were by our side at all times, both with a kayak and a boat, and both they and the reception staff were very kind and attentive, 10 out of 10.

This was one of the biggest highlights of our time in Portugal! Our crew: Sundeep, Hugo, and Victor were super lovely and patient, but a special thanks to Sundeep (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). This gentleman took my 9 year old daughter in the zodiac with him when she became frightened in the kayak. She raved about how kind he was and made her experience one she won't forget. He was outstanding! The caves themselves were incredible, but the crew made it that much better! They took us to a very gorgeous beach for a swim and a drink before returning. Fantastic experience and by far the best photos of our whole trip!

We had two adults and two children on this trip and everyone had a great time, we had two double Kayaks . The kayaking is good fun and not too difficult for the kids . The guides were excellent,the right blend of a bit of fun and and the stuff you need to know. We stopped on a beach for a swim and also swam from the back of the boat for a while . Would recommend
