We had a great experience on our Scuba Jet tour, and Jorge was an excellent guide. He gave clear, specific directions that helped make the tour enjoyable and safe from beginning to end. Jorge had a kind and friendly demeanor, and he made us feel comfortable the whole time. He mentioned his grandma and his mom a couple of times, which gave us the impression that he is a family-oriented young man with a good heart. He also kept his eye on us throughout the tour, making sure we were safe and doing okay, while also recording video that he later shared with us from our trip. That was such a nice bonus and gave us something fun to look back on. We really appreciated Jorge’s professionalism, friendliness, and care. He helped make the experience memorable, and we would definitely recommend him as a guide.

Kyle offered a truly amazing experience! He was very helpful & so patient with everyone in our group. The location was perfect & we got to see so many colorful fishes, a sting ray, and even a sea turtle at the end! The tour was the perfect amount of time & having the jet to snorkel with was definitely worth it, especially if you're not 100% comfortable with the snorkeling mask set up and being out in the water for an extended period of time, like I experienced. If I happen to plan another trip to WPB. I'll definitely be booking again!

Felipe was our guide and was very insightful about all the fish and coral we saw. He constantly made sure we were alright at various points along the way, making sure we were comfortable. We would definitely do it again!!

Kyle was the best guide! From start to finish the experience was memorable. He’s prepared for all levels of swimmers and our group was so grateful for the expertise he provided.

I did snorkling with my daughter at west palm beach and it was my first time. Kyle was our guide and he briefed us well about equipment usage and entire plan. I trusted my swimming skills and started without any jacket or noodle but shourtly after I was hit by an panicking moment when sea water went in my mouth and I could not breath. Kyle helped me and calmed down by bringing floathibg boat near by which I can grab from side. He saved me and put saftey jacket around me that helped in getting back up. He was around me post then and was checking on me regularly. I liked Kyles attentive and prompt actions when I panicked. Am looking fwd to going back and trying again.cheers..!!

We signed up for the jet snorkel experience and it was a blast! Kyle led a group of us from experienced divers to novices and first does step-by-step through learning the equipment to practice in the shallows and then out to deep water. Everyone had a great time, even the beginners. We saw a variety of fish, but the icing on the cake was getting to swim near to a sea turtle. I would definitely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone. It really made snorkeling easy.
