シドニーハーバー観光ハイライトクルーズ

The cruise itself was great. The person who managed the on boarding of clients as they arrive was horrible. We arrived almost an hour early looking around for someone about where we were supposed to board in the circular quay. We checked repeatedly over that time, and there was never anyone at the kiosk or information provided. Finally at 12:15 before a 1220 boarding we began trying to find someone and sending out the word that we looking for someone because they were not clear directions on where to board at the dock. At 12:19 a man walked into the booth and I said we are here for the 1220 boat cruise. Literally his response was “not sure you can make it, it’s over there. You have one minute.” Then he laughed at us and we raced around the dock to make it “over there”. Had it not been for the gracious crew that saw us waving & yelling. we would’ve missed it. Never again will I take one of your cruises because they are great, but your people who work at the dock in the Booth were absent and absolutely terrible. I will also note that the couple who was behind us after seeing our experience, turned around and left.

We were late and missed our boat but Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you, Jeff! We’ll be sure to book again when we visit Syd next time.

Was great no obligation the place and address was easy to find the people was great the ride was great everything was great we had fun

Great cruise and nice sights of Sydney’s main landmarks! Would recommend to everyone,especially sunset tour

A great short cruise with excellent commentary . The sunset hour was perfect and madr everything enjoyable

A fantastic way to spend an hour finding out about Sydney harbour. The trip was well organised and the staff were friendly. As expected, the commentary was interesting and witty (although I’m not sure all the passengers got all of the jokes). Overall, a great value excursion that I would definitely recommend.

It was fun. Definitely go around sunset- the views are stunning. One thing for improvement: we couldn’t hear the speaker doing the tour. Even up close I couldn’t hear him well. Otherwise get there early for good seats. We sat in back and had nice views. Bring your own food and drinks but the trip is only an hour.

Worth doin it was very informitive loved goin under the bridge and seeing how the rich live very safe trip

It was very amazing and informative. Riley was the guide and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He explained everything in a very fun way that kept us all entertained and engaged the entire ride! I recommend it 100%

It was nice and clean , but I don’t think that we had very much history and information while on the tour
