This was a fantastic tour. Our guide Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable, and really looked after us to make sure the day was comfortable and fun throughout. The day was really well organised and paced. Although it hasn't been a great snow season there was plenty for tobogganing and making snow-balls and snow animals and we could happily have stayed for longer to keep playing. We went on a weekday, which may have reduced the crowds so we never had to wait long for taboggan turns. Our kids described the day as "awesome, fun, funny, entertaining and interesting" and we agree! The waterfall was impressive.

It’s wonderful to hear that Joe was such a friendly and knowledgeable guide who took great care of your group, ensuring the day was comfortable and fun. It sounds like the organization and pacing of the tour were perfect, making the most of the day despite the snow season. The activities like tobogganing, snowball making, and snow animals sound so much fun, and it's great that the kids described the day as “awesome, fun, funny, entertaining, and interesting.” The waterfall must have been a real highlight too.
