The guide was very informative, the scenery was amazing including waterfalls and the forest. I would recommend for those who don’t want a strenuous hike but want to have a deeper look into the forest.

Our guide, Graham, couldn’t have been better. He was knowledgeable of every aspect of a forest; its dendrology, ecology, wildlife, weather, and in this case the park history. He spoke clearly and enough times to always keep things interesting. His Appalachian Mountain upbringing made him a true expert guide in my opinion. Saw some beautiful hidden waterfalls (off the beaten path) and a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We could tell he truly loved what he was doing, and his teaching background soon became obvious. And just as important, he was as an excellent and safe Jeep driver.

Nick was awesome, he was so informative about the local area and history. He provided so much knowledge during the tour which made the time more enjoyable. The tour was more than we expected. The waterfalls were beautiful. We did the 3 hour waterfall tour. The hiking was light to moderate on mostly level surface. Thinking of taking the grandchildren next time!!

Kathy was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. We got to see quite a few memorable sites and none of the hikes were overly strenuous. Would recommend.

Wear long pants if there is any doubt. Preferably something that wicks water and not jeans as you may get wet from the waterfalls. Tony was great. He took a lot of pictures for us.

Brian was a great tour guide with a fun sense of humor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nico was fabulous!! Such a wealth of information and it was so fun getting to “nerd out” with him about geology! I would definitely do this again!

The jeep tour was great! Bryan was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and sharing tidbits of info with us. We had booked this tour before I had any back issues so was a little nervous going into it with my recent limitations. After sharing with Bryan he made sure to make accommodations for me and ride a little less bumpy over some areas and make sure I was okay every step of the way. Overall our crew had a great experience!
