First off the meeting point was easy to find and after a quick phone call from Sally we met and immediately struck up a great rapport. Sally made us feel comfortable and very soon demonstrated a very detailed knowledge of The Capitol without being over the top with info. Although the guided tour part was taken on by Capitol staff Sally was in hand to pass on other morsels of info that were relevant. Once the Capitol part of the tour had finished Sally took us into the Library and again was extremely informative. She pointed us in the direction of specific items in the Library to go and see. We had a great afternoon in the company of Sally

I was disappointed with the tour experience overall. The tour company needed to change the time due to rolling road blockages for bike races and marathon. The night before I got several unknown phone calls, one from a Royal USA Tours, a text close to 11pm asking if I was there and alright, and a difficult to hear voicemail. None of this was flagged as Viator. The morning of the tour I get a phone call from Signature Tour with a voicemail. When I called back, I asked if they were Viator. They were. Ended up we were the only ones on tour. Tour guide nice enough but he left us at the Library of Congress tunnel after the capitol tour with a photo pass. Was that part of the program or was he in a hurry?

Our guide, Dwayne, was full of enthusiasm and knowledge. It was amazing to learn about the history and details about the symbolism and thought that went into the beautiful architecture.

My experience was horrible. I was not able to pzricipate. I did not see anyone at the meeting place which i had the hardest time finding. I did not get to go on the tour.... Nobody answered the calls on the number listed I would like my money back as i was not able to do the tour

Dwayne was excellent , great guide ! We got all the advantage as our tour started promptly and all explanations were clear and highly relevant . Dwayne asked Danielle to be our guide in the Capitol and she was also fin and clear !

There is some walking and the Capitol building can be crowded. Can be hard to see the statues, as the room is crowded.

Dwayne was an awesome guide. He knew lots about various subjects. I learned so much. Be prepared though, these areas get very crowded. I would do this tour again because there was so much to see and absorb.

Buy online reservations for $1 each have your time set for your visit. Also, go straight to buy your library card and then you can go into the library without a times admission.

We had an incredible tour with Dwayne. He is hands down the best tour guide in D.C.!! Loved all of the historical and trivia information he shared!! We were able to visit all of our sights. I told Dwayne that I wish I could do an entire week with him around Washington (yes, he is that good!). It was very much worth the cost! Be aware that the Capital tour guides lead the tour once inside for the Crypts and Rotunda and Statuary Hall and ours was not very good. It was very crowded and hard to see certain statues due to security issues but that is no fault of this tour group. The Library of Congress is AMAZING! I would definitely book with them again!

Our guide Duane was so knowledgeable and interesting. We learned so much!
