Kendry the best. Excellent experience at Coco Bongo. The show was incredible, but what really made the night even better was the service from Kendry, our waiter. He was super attentive, kind, and professional, always making sure we didn't lack anything and with an excellent attitude throughout the night. Thank you, Kendry, for making our experience even more special! 10/10, totally recommended.

Second evaluation — experience with the Gold Member This is my second review because, in the first one, I was coerced by the establishment's employees to give the highest rating. The Gold Member promotion promises access to premium drinks, but it simply doesn't happen. The beer available is the usual one, and for any different option, you have to pay extra. Inclusive, if you want a Corona, you need to buy it separately. In practice, you pay almost double the price for very few differences from the normal service. The feeling is that you are basically paying for the space, and not for the benefits that are advertised. If you are thinking of getting the Gold Member because of the premium drinks, forget it: premium drinks are not included as the advertisement makes it seem. Furthermore, the space is extremely cramped and, during my experience, I had the impression that some employees were doing a favor by attending to and bringing things. Considering the price charged and what is actually offered, I consider the cost-benefit to be very poor. The experience was far below the expectation created by the Gold Member advertisement itself.

The show few years ago was amazing. Now is videos and 3 seconds of performance is not what is was. I am so disappointed.

I'll be honest I initially thought the price was steep upon booking it, but it was something my wife wanted to do, so we booked anyway! And ill admit I was wrong, it was well worth the money. Absolutely great show and night had by both of us. The bar runners always had another drink infront of me before my glass was empty. Not sure ive ever been as drunk! When I say the show was great I mean 1st class! If we ever find ourselves in the Dominican it would be the first thing I got booked!

Definitely worth the money for the unique experience you get! This is must do if you visit DR Punta Cana. Don’t skip this activity!
