No car ever showed up. Messaged provider three times with no return. Called provider, he said he would contact driver then hung up. Wouldn’t answer phone after that. Finally messaged me, said driver was at the hotel and I wasn’t there. Asked for contact information so I gave him name and address of hotel, my phone number and phone number of hotel. Never heard from him again. Had to book another taxi through hotel, arrived in Delhi hours late. Just click on “taxi” in the reviews and see all the one stars (only because viator won’t let you leave zero). I demand a full refund from Viator. If not, I will get my refund directly from PayPal. I also demand they remove this sham operator from their listings !

My transfer from Rishikesh back to airport in Delhi was horrendous. Please see attached photos (11).
