We had a very nice time with Giorgaros Fishing Tour. From the start, everything was very well organized: they came to pick us up directly at our hotel and we only had a 10-15 minute trip before arriving at the port. We then boarded a real fishing boat and started by getting to know the team. On board, drinks were unlimited, which was very pleasant. Everyone had their own fishing rod and the crew gave us good advice throughout the trip. I particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the fact that they let me participate more. The staff was really lovely, available, and very friendly. There were only five tourists in total on the boat, which made the experience very pleasant and almost intimate. It is probably related to the low season, but it was really appreciated. At the end of the day, we were treated to a barbecue with the fish we had caught, accompanied by several Greek specialties: Greek salad, potato salad, small vine leaves, etc. Everything was very friendly and delicious. Unfortunately, we did not go snorkeling for personal reasons: at the end of September, the water and the air were a bit cool for us. But this activity was indeed offered for those who wish to do it. And to end the day on a high note, we were lucky enough to admire a magnificent sunset on the way back, with a little dessert on board. It was simply magical. ✨ This outing also brought back very fond memories of fishing with my dad, which made the experience even more special and moving for me. A very beautiful experience that I recommend without hesitation to those who wish to discover Santorini differently, in a simple, warm, and authentic atmosphere.

If you’re even thinking about booking this semi‑private fishing tour, do yourself a favor and book it now. This was hands‑down the most memorable day of my entire stay in Santorini. From the moment we stepped on the boat, the crew made us feel like old friends. Their energy, humor, and genuine passion for the sea set the tone for an incredible experience. They shared stories about local fishing traditions, explained every step of the process, and made sure everyone felt confident and included. The fishing itself was a blast. We caught a surprising variety of fish, and the crew celebrated every catch like it was a trophy. But the real magic came afterward: they prepared the freshest, most delicious meal right on board using the fish we caught. Imagine grilled fillets, Greek salads, homemade dips, and ice‑cold drinks, all while anchored in a quiet turquoise cove with the caldera cliffs rising around you. Pure bliss. What really stood out was the balance of adventure and relaxation. Plenty of time to fish, plenty of time to swim, and plenty of time to just soak in the scenery. The semi‑private setup made it feel intimate and personalized without being crowded. This tour gave us a completely different perspective of Santorini — away from the busy streets and into the heart of island life. Worth every euro and then some. Highly, highly recommend. If you want a day that’s equal parts fun, authentic, and unforgettable, this is it.

This is our 2nd time on this trip. The first was 8 years ago. We had to bring our family back with us this time so they could experience this day trip as well. This experience was the one thing we had planned for our Santorini trip and our adult children said it was the best thing we’ve done on our 18 day trip in Greece.

It was a great experience. The crew was very thoughtful in guiding us fishing and the cooking skills were great and worth a visit.

This was the most excellent tour from start to finish! My husband and I are in Santorini for our honeymoon and he loves fishing. I booked this tour and I’m so glad we did! The entire crew was phenomenal. We didn’t just enjoy the fish, fishing, swimming… but learning about Greek culture and history . Elias has a large variety of knowledge about fishing and also Greece in general! Mohammad was excellent at explaining and teaching us how to get the fish from the nets and Nick was a phenomenal captain and cook! This was the most perfect day and experience and the people we spent it with was one of the best parts! A memory / experiance we will cherish forever
