David and John were absolutely fantastic guides who made my visit to Hell’s Gate, despite its name, a truly wonderful and memorable experience!
Their extensive knowledge of the area’s history, wildlife, and local culture was invaluable. They shared fascinating stories and insights throughout the journey, making the experience not only enjoyable but also incredibly informative.
Both were friendly, attentive, professional, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

Hell's Gate fun!
This was a wonderful experience to explore a safari from the ground! Our guide Gomez was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Driver Steven was courteous and vigilant in the busy traffic.

Hells Gate Tour
Great experience, experienced guides, but the tour is not worth the price and is clearly too expensive!

Beauty & dust
David picked us up on time and handled the difficult drive (one-lane road with lots of lorries) very well.
During dry times, pack a second set of clothes, the bicycle ride will be an extremely dusty (and partly sandy) affair. We would have liked to be told that in advance.
The destinations were top-notch, though, and the views fantastic. Especially the boat trip on Lake Naivasha at the end of our trip was absolutely magnificent. Such a surreal, beautiful place.
Absolutely recommend this trip, time well-invested.

Nothing like it
Gomez and Stephen were excellent. To be able to bike and see these animals while also hiking down through hells gate is nothing short of extraordinary. It was a wonderful experience and Gomez was especially knowledgeable about all of the history and science. Stephen was a very kind and flexible driver.
Word to the wise, when they drop you off at a restaurant to eat at the buffet, you can also not do the buffet and just order something quickly off the menu which will be cheaper and probably better tasting.

An Unforgettable Day at Hell’s Gate and Lake Naivasha
We had an amazing day trip to Hell’s Gate National Park and Lake Naivasha. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Our driver Patrick was friendly and professional, and our guide Fredrick was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us see many different animals. The boat tour on Lake Naivasha was also a wonderful experience with beautiful views and lots of wildlife. Overall, it was an unforgettable day and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya. Highly recommended!

What an amazing...
What an amazing experience! Seeing animals while biking through the park is one of the best experiences! Our driver, Patrick was very knowledgeable and so helpful all day! Our tour guide Fredrick was amazing too!

Breathtaking scenery, interesting history
Great experience getting a view of the African rift valley with all the breathtaking scenery. The standout two moments were cycling (electric bikes) through a heard of zebra in Hells Gate and boating with hippos on Lake Naivasha. Guides were brilliant, had a blast chatting to them.

Amazing Solo Trip to Hell’s Gate with David & Fredrick
I had such a great experience visiting Hell’s Gate! I went alone, but I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. David was my driver and was extremely reliable, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end.
Once I arrived at Hell’s Gate, Fredrick was my guide, and he made the experience even better. He was very knowledgeable about the park, explained everything along the way, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable exploring on my own. He was also really friendly and easy to talk to, which made the day feel much more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this experience, especially for anyone traveling solo. A big thank you to David and Fred for making my visit to Hell’s Gate such a memorable one!

Fantastic trip into the heart of Hell’s Gate
Patrick was an exceptional driver companion! Friendly and always on the ball, he delighted us with great company to Hell’s Gate, helping us also to get the quad bike to ride around the park and to Lake Naivasha, where we even managed to see the hippos! 5 stars and also highly recommended is Innocent, the Hell’s Gate guide, the Valentino Rossi of Kenya!
