We had a fantastic private tour to Amsterdam from Brussels! Everything was well organized, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Sofia, was absolutely wonderful knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about the city. She gave us so much insight into Amsterdam’s history, culture, and daily life, all while keeping the atmosphere light and engaging. We saw the iconic canals, the charming old streets, and even some hidden gems that we would have never found on our own. The driver was also very professional and friendly, and the vehicle was spotless and extremely comfortable. The whole day was smooth, relaxed, and well-paced. We really appreciated the mix of guided time and free time to explore on our own. It felt like a truly personalized experience, and we came back with great memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to discover Amsterdam in a deeper and more comfortable way. Thank you to Sofia and the team for such a beautiful day!

Wonderfull private tour!!!

A tour to Amsterdam from Brussels
I am very upset because when we bought the tour, they offered to take us to Amsterdam to see windmills, how they made Swedish shoes, and a farm. They only gave us the tour in Amsterdam and gave us two free hours there to eat and walk around. When we got on the vehicle, they told us they would take us back to Brussels. We told the guide that that wasn't what we had bought, to which he replied that he didn't know anything, that they had only spoken to him about giving us the Amsterdam tour. Seeing this, the driver of the vehicle that was taking us quickly investigated and took us on our way back to Brussels to a very beautiful place where there were several windmills, which we really liked. However, that was not the tour we had bought, for which we paid a lot of money. The driver's gesture is appreciated, but that was not the tour we had bought. I am very surprised by Viator; it is the first time that they have not delivered what they offer.

Thanks to our driver’s quick reaction and dedication, you were taken to one of the most authentic and beautiful windmill areas near Rotterdam a true hidden gem and arguably even better than the original plan. Although this extended the duration of your tour significantly, we made sure you experienced the traditional Holland highlights you were expecting. While we regret the initial misunderstanding, we believe the extra effort, the added time, and the personalized service you received were well beyond what was included in the original program. For that reason, we feel that the low rating is quite unfair but we also understand that some travelers may be more difficult to satisfy than others.
