Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your arrival experience was frustrating. However, we would like to clarify some important details for the benefit of future travelers. Our driver was at Athens International Airport on time, as scheduled, and we have photographic evidence confirming his presence, which has also been provided to Viator. Unfortunately, despite our driver being there, we were unable to establish contact and coordinate the meeting point successfully. Our team responded promptly to your initial message through the Viator app and made every effort to assist you. We also attempted to reach you by phone to help resolve the situation and arrange your pickup. We understand that you were not expecting a phone call, but this was an additional attempt to ensure that you could locate your driver and continue with your transfer. We regret that you were unable to meet our driver and ultimately decided to take a taxi to your hotel. Nevertheless, we believe it is important to clarify that our driver did not fail to show up. He was present at the airport at the agreed time, ready to provide the service you had booked. At My Athens Transfers, punctuality, reliability, and customer service are fundamental to the way we operate. We take our commitments to our customers seriously, and our team makes every effort to ensure that every transfer runs smoothly. We are sorry that we were unable to connect with you on this occasion, but we stand by the fact that our driver fulfilled his obligation to be at the airport on time.
