We booked a private Sagrada Família tour with LivTours, and I especially appreciated their communication before our tour. I had let them know that we were traveling with my elderly parents, and they were very reassuring about accommodating their pace. They also contacted me when they weren't able to secure tower tickets at a convenient time and promptly refunded that portion of our booking. We wound up purchasing tower tickets on our own, and the timing worked out just fine. Our guide, Carla, met us right on time in front of the KFC and immediately adjusted to our group's pace. We walked slowly over to a good photo spot, where we managed to get a few nice shots despite all the Instagram couples staking out their territory! AI has its limits when the people you’re trying to remove are literally standing right next to you. We actually preferred the photos from there to the ones we took right in front of the basilica. Carla managed to explain a lot about the Sagrada Família in a relatively short amount of time without making the tour feel rushed. Having a guide really helped us understand what we were looking at and appreciate the details rather than simply walking through such an overwhelming space. My husband and I had visited as part of a group tour a few years ago and we managed to learn a few new things (or we forgot and they felt new). At the end of the tour, we were able to explore the museums on our own before continuing on to our tower visit. Overall, everything worked very smoothly, and I particularly appreciated both Carla's consideration of my parents and LivTours' excellent communication before the tour.

She was incredibly sweet and understanding with our two kiddos that were carsick and sleep-deprived. I'm so grateful for this tour option. I traveled with my mom, baby and husband and it was the perfect tour length for a toddler before meltdown set in. Carla was very informative and personable throughout the tour. She was at the check in point before we got there and made us feel very welcomed to Barcelona. She provided great insight to allow us to appreciate the amazing La Salgrada Familia and Gaudi. The early tour means skipping lots of the crowds and being able to appreciate the views more. We also got some great recommendations on what to explore next with our day. Overall a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend Carla and this tour company.
