The tour guide arrived on time. He did not speak to us at all during the 3 hour trip from Amsterdam to Bruges or for the 3 hour trip back from Bruges to Amsterdam. When we got to Bruges, he dropped us off and basically told us to entertain ourselves for the next 3 and a half hours. No information was provided by the guide. We were very disappointed with this tour given what we paid for it. We may as well have taken a train to Bruges and made our own arrangements. We would not recomnend this tour to anyone.

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide, Hamza, was wonderful and provided as much information as we needed and also gave us opportunities to explore on our own. The vehicle was comfortable and Hamza was entertaining on the drive. Highly recommended!

It’s a long way from Amsterdam to Bruges, but Sunny made it very easy for us. He was friendly, experienced, always concerned for our ease and comfort and had lots of good information. He was a great driver — and when you’re in the car for 7 hours, back and forth he’s almost a companion — and I would recommend him to anyone. I don’t think you could do better.

Humzah was such a great driver and helped us maximize our time in Bruges. We loved it. 4 hrs isn't enough to see that magical city, but it was a fun taste! We climbed the Belfort and took a Canal cruise. I recommend both!

Bruges is a beautiful medieval city that should not be missed if you have the time. One of our daughters best described it as straight out of a fairy tale. Our driver, Mesut, was a thoughtful, knowledgeable guide who maximized the time in the city. Our only complaint was we wish we could have spent more time there. Given the traffic we had three hours to enjoy the city but we could have spent an entire weekend there exploring. There's definitely an opportunity for the tour company to extend the day by a couple hours (I'd gladly have paid for that) or even offer an overnight option. Really glad we had the time we did and recommend the tour.

We had a great day in Bruges. The city is amazing with its fairy like architecture. We did the horse drawn carriage ride; it was very fun and amazing experience. The canal boat ride was very enjoyable and soothing with the sunny weather and cool breeze. Finally we climbed 366 steps to reach the top of Belfort observation tower. We were exhausted but the views were spectacular; worth the climb. Overall we enjoyed the day in Awesome Bruges! Finally I would like to add that make sure to plan for the day, do your own research; otherwise you will run out of time. Basically our driver, drove us there and left us for 4 hours to explore on our own. He did however gave me a link on my phone of Bruges to explore which for someone not planned for the day will be dissatisfied.

Excellent. Perfect. Exactly what we wanted. The driver picked us up at our hotel perfectly on time. Drove us to the center of Bruge and we walked around for 4 hours on our own. Then we met back at an easy to find meeting point and the driver was waiting for us and we drove us back to our hotel. Great day!
