It’s very good experience. We were worried might be dangerous but it was fine. And the view was so nice !!!! And I had a biggest coconut in my life so far. Haha

This was a pretty good rafting trip. It was my daughter’s 1st time river rafting. I thought it would be extremely slow and short and to my surprise it wasn’t. It had a few areas that gave you a bit of a rush but for beginners I think it’s a great experience that’s safe. We went in August, not sure how the water levels are during a rainy season so please check that stuff out if you aren’t an experienced rafter

Great service. We were met by Komang our friendly driver bang on time and he took us to two great experiences, the Rafting and Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Both were excellent fun and we were well looked after

Amazing views en crazy fun through the rapids with a waterfall. Stopped halfway at a local stall for a break. Had a bintang with good vibes. Highy recommend.

After looking at dozens of tours across multiple platforms, we finally chose Bali Ari Tours — and were not disappointed! Communication was timely and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. We booked the 10 am slot and spent about two hours on the water. We opted for a shared raft with another couple (4 people + guide per raft). While the operator and others suggested a private raft, we thought it would be more fun to share the adrenaline rush — and it was! The Ayung River is only Class I-III, so it's actually a relatively gentle ride with a few fun bumps thrown in. Perfect if you've never tried white water rafting before. We had been warned about crowds on the water, but we didn't experience that. It was just our raft and one other behind us, so we had a really relaxed and fun time. We also appreciated that there aren't too many steps to get to and from the river. We'd heard other companies have access points with 700+ steps, so it's worth checking this when you book. The whole experience is very well managed — from check-in to the activity itself. There are lockers to leave your stuff, you get geared up with all the safety equipment, and then head to the start point. At the end, there are showers, towels are provided, and they even give you plastic bags for your wet swimwear and shoes. There was a buffet lunch afterwards, which we skipped as there weren't vegetarian options. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely recommend this operator!
